dc.description	The final work consists of three parts. The first part discusses general information about storage. The second part of the work presents the analysis of “EVD" warehousing processes and the results of the research. The third part of the work presents solutions to the discrepancies in storage processes. In addition, an introduction, summary, list of literature and other information sources, conclusions and appendices are provided. The main problem of the professional BA thesis - uneven cargo flow during storage processes leads to an unexpected increase in the load on the warehouse, resulting in additional energy and time for operations. It takes longer to complete the process, which causes problems in other circuits as well. The aim of the professional BA thesis - to analyze the storage processes of “EVD”, to identify problems and present possible solutions. Methods of the professional BA thesis: scientific literature and data analysis methods, qualitative research, SWOT and PEST analyzes.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmojoje dalyje aptariama bendra informacija apie sandėliavimo procesus. Antrojoje darbo dalyje pateikiama UAB „EVD“ sandėliavimo procesų analizė ir atlikus tyrimą pateikiami rezultatai. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje pateikiami sprendimai sandėliavimo procesų neatitikimams spręsti. Papildomai pateikiamas įvadas, santrauka lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis, literatūros ir kitų informacinių šaltinių sąrašas, išvados bei priedai. Darbo problema: sandėliavimo procesų metu pasitaikant netolygiam krovinių srautui, nenumatytai padidėja sandėlio apkrova, dėl ko naudojama papildoma energija ir laikas veiksmams atlikti. Prailgėja proceso atlikimo laikas, kuris sukelia problemų ir kitose grandyse. Darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti UAB „EVD“ sandėliavimo procesus, identifikuoti problemas ir pateikti galimus jų sprendimo būdus. Darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros bei duomenų analizės metodai, kokybinis tyrimas, SSGG ir PEST analizės.	en_US
