dc.description	The work consists of three parts. The first part of the work, based on the scientific literature, describes the concept of motivation and motivation, factors, analyzes the means of motivation. The second part presents the company UAB ,,Arsta“, its problematic situation, due to the change of employees and misuse of motivational measures and the analysis of the results of the research. In the third part of the work, based on the results of the research, proposals and decisions are formulated and financially substantiated in order to improve the employee motivation tools used by UAB ,,Arsta“. Work problem. There is a large turnover of employees in the company because employees do not feel motivated by appropriate measures or they are inefficient. Problematic question: does UAB ,,Arsta“ use appropriate motivation measures to ensure employee motivation? Work objective. To evaluate the methods and means of motivating the employees of UAB ,,Arsta“ and to submit possible proposals for the improvement of the means of motivating the employees.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbas susideda iš tryjų dalių. Pirmoje darbo dalyje, remiantis moksline literatūra, aprašoma motyvavimo ir motyvacijos samprata, veiksniai, analizuojamos motyvavimo priemonės. Antroje dalyje pristatoma UAB „Arsta“ įmonė, jos probleminė situacija, dėl darbuotojų kaitos ir netinkamai naudojamu motyvavimo priemonių bei atlikto tyrimo rezultatų analizė. Trečioje darbo dalyje remiantis atlikto tyrimo rezultatais suformuluojami ir finansiškai pagrindžiami pasiūlymai bei sprendimai siekiant patobulinti UAB ,,Arsta“ naudojamas darbuotojų motyvavimo priemones. Darbo problema. Įmonėje vyksta didelė darbuotojų kaita, nes darbuotojai nesijaučia motyvuojami tinkamomis priemonėmis arba jos yra neefektyvios. Probleminis klausimas: ar UAB ,,Arsta“ naudoja tinkamas motyvavimo priemonės siekiant užtikrinti darbuotojų motyvacija? Darbo tikslas. Įvertinti UAB ,,Arsta“ darbuotojų motyvavimo būdus ir priemones bei pateikti galimus pasiūlymus darbuotojų motyvavimo priemonių tobulinimui.	en_US
