dc.description JSC „Bitės salonų tinklas“ finds improving the image of Jurbarkas retail outlet a relevant topic since due to the growing number of enterprises it is becoming increasingy complicated to choose from the variety of their suggested goods. This creates certain obstacles when making the right choices regarding their suggested goods and services. Problem of the thesis. Image improvement is paid a lot of attention both at theoretical and practical level. It is crucial for an enterprise to have something exceptional and to offer certain goods that competitors are not able to offer. This makes an enterprise popular with customers and strong among competitors. Thus there is a continuous competition among enterprises in order to win customers and this is where the image of an enterprise gains a special importance; the image which makes it exceptional in relationship with various groups of influence.Therefore the problem of this thesis could be raised as a question: What means would it be expedient to employ In Jurbarkas retail outlet so that „Bitės salonų tinklas“ could improve its image? Objective ot the thesis. The image of Jurbarkas retail outlet as a part of JSC „Bitės salonų tinklas“ The aim of the thesis. To analyse the image of Jurbarkas retail outlet and to foresee the potentials of improving it. The tasks of the thesis: 1. To reveal the concept of the image and its types theoretically. 2. To examine the principles of creating an enterprise‘s image and the image forming factors. 3. To analyse the image of competing retail outlets in Jurbarkas 4. To assess the image of Jurbarkas retail outlet 5. To provide suggestions on improving the image of Jurbarkas retail outlet . Work methods: Analysing Lithuanian and foreign authors‘ scientific sources, articles, internet sources, analysing the documentation of the company. Conducting a questionaire and systematising, analysing its results as well as graphic display and interpreting. Monitoring. The first past of the thesis reveals the the theoretical aspects of forming of the image, deals with the concept of the image, its importance to the enterprise; several types of enterprise images are provided, as well as the main principles creating the image for an enterprise . It also presents the structure of the enterprise‘s image and what factors influence the image of the enterprise, what are the models of forming the image of an enterprise and what effect social networks exert on forming the image.The second part provides the characteristics of Jurbarkas retail outlet as a part of „Bitės salonų tinklas“; this part also presents research methods as well as image analysis of Jurbarkas retail outlet compared to its competitors‘ image. This part assesses the image of Jurbarkas retail outlet ang gives suggestions on improving the image of Jurbarkas retail outlet as a part of „Bitės salonų tinklas“. en
dc.description.abstract UAB „ Bitės salonų tinklas” Jurbarko salono įvaizdžio gerinimas yra aktuali tema, nes didėjant įmonių skaičiui, sunku išsirinkti jų siūlomas prekes bei paslaugas. Tai sudaro kliūtis pasirenkant įmonę. Todėl labai svarbu išsiaiškinti įmonės įvaizdžio galimybes. Įvaizdžio gerinimui yra skiriama daug dėmesio tiek teoriniu lygmeniu, tiek praktiniu. Kad įmonė būtų populiari tarp vartotojų ir stipri tarp konkurentų, ji turi turėti kažką išskirtinio – tai, ko negali pasiūlyti konkurentai. Taigi, tarp įmonių dėl vartotojo vyksta nuolatinės varžybos ir čia labai svarbus tampa įmonės įvaizdis, suteikiantis jai išskirtinumą santykiuose su įvairiomis įtakos grupėmis. en_US
