| dc.description | Identification of the problem / relevance of the research. The entry of an early childhood child into a pre-school institution is a difficult period in his life. Adaptation of the child in a new environment is a difficult and painful process which is affecting the physical and mental well-being of the child. Temporary separation with parents gives him severe discomfort. In order of the successfully adaptation to the new environment, a united cooperation between parents and teachers is required, which together would facilitate the child's new experiences after starting to attend prie-school education. The benevolent interaction between nurseries educators and parents is one of the main conditions leading to the successful adaptive process of the child of the early age, so educators and family must become educational partners. The problemic question of the research is how can the cooperation of parents and teachers help the child to successfully adapt in the prie-school education institution? The aim goal of the paper is to reveal the importance of cooperation between parents and teachers in the process of adaptation of early-age children in pre-school education. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Temos aktualumas. Ankstyvojo amžiaus vaiko patekimas į ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigą yra sudėtingas jo gyvenimo periodas. Vaiko adaptacija naujoje aplinkoje yra sunkus ir skausmingas procesas, darantis poveikį vaiko fizinei ir psichinei savijautai. Laikinas išsiskyrimas su tėvais suteikia jam stiprų diskomfortą. Norint, kad vaikas sėkmingai adaptuotųsi naujoje aplinkoje, reikalingas vieningas tėvų ir pedagogų bendradarbiavimas, kuris kartu palengvintų mažylio naujus išgyvenimus, pradėjus lankyti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigą. Geranoriška lopšelio auklėtojų ir tėvų sąveika, tai viena pagrindinių sąlygų nulemiančių sėkmingą ankstyvojo amžiaus vaiko adaptacinį procesą, todėl pedagogai ir šeima turi tapti ugdymo partneriais. Tyrimo problema – kaip tėvų ir pedagogų bendradarbiavimas gali padėti sėkmingai adaptuotis vaikui ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje? Tyrimo objektas - ankstyvojo amžiaus vaikų adaptacija ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti tėvų ir pedagogų bendradarbiavimo svarbą ankstyvojo amžiaus vaikų adaptacijos procese ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje. | en_US |
