dc.description	Work description: in my final thesis I analyze the technology of TV table manufacturing. I present construction technology, material calculation sheet, product drawings and economical resource calculations. The main problem: how to create a high-quality TV table and perform the analysis of the manufacturing process. Work objective: to create the TV table production technology and to analyze the research part of the final work. Work methods: the analysis of theoretical sources is performed, methodological instructions are followed, calculations are performed to achieve the goal of the work. Work structure: the introduction of the final work presents comparative data of Lithuanian furniture export statistics. In the general part the history and activities of UAB Palaba are reviewed. In the technological part of the work I performed wood, waste and other material calculations. In the structural part I created an improved TV table. In the research part I performed an adhesive study. Electricity consumption was calculated in the energy part. In the economic part I described market prices for the necessary calculations. In the human safety section, information on safe work, fire and civil safety requirements are presented. Risk factors and risk mitigation measures are reviewed. Work results: in the final work scientific literature was analyzed and all necessary calculations were completed. Technological and manufacturing process has been made and the final cost price of the product was calculated. Also, the machinery and the equipment have been selected for the production of these types of TV tables.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo apibūdinimas: savo baigiamajame darbe analizuoju TV staliuko gamybos technologiją. Pateikiu gamybos technologiją, medžiagų skaičiavimo žiniaraštį, gaminio brėžinius bei ekonominių resursų skaičiavimus. Darbo problema: kaip sukurti kokybišką televizoriaus staliuką bei atlikti gamybos proceso analizę. Darbo tikslas: sukurti TV staliuko gamybos technologiją bei išanalizuoti baigiamojo darbo tiriamąją dalį. Darbo metodai: atliekama teorinių šaltinių analizė, vadovaujamasi metodiniais nurodymais atliekant skaičiavimus, kurie reikalingi norint pasiekti darbo tikslą. Darbo struktūra: baigiamojo darbo įvade pateikiami palyginamieji lietuviškų baldų eksporto statistikos duomenys. Bendrojoje dalyje aptariama įmonės UAB “Palaba” istorija bei veikla. Darbo technologinėje dalyje atlikti medienos medžiagų, atliekų bei kiti skaičiavimai. Konstrukcinėje dalyje sukūrtas TV staliuko patobulinimas. Tiriamojoje dalyje atliktas adhezinis tyrimas. Energetinėje dalyje buvo skaičiuojamos elektros energijos sąnaudos. Ekonominėje dalyje aprašytos rinkos kainos reikiamiems skaičiavimams atlikti. Taip pat žmogaus saugos skyriuje, pateikta informacija apie saugaus darbo, priešgaisrinės, civilinės saugos reikalavimus. Apžvelgti rizikos veiksniai bei priemonės rizikai mažinti. Darbo rezultatai: baigiamajame darbe atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė, atlikti privalomi skaičiavimai, sudarytas technologinis ir gamybos procesas, paskaičiuota gaminio savikaina. Taip pat parinktos staklės bei įranga tokio tipo TV staliukų gamybai.	en_US
