dc.description	Topic: The causes of stress experienced by social workers during the adoption process. Relevance of the topic: Social workers during proffesional activities in the child care system, performs important role in evaluating child and family interests, needs, situation, other circumstances, by planning and implementing prevention, intervention strategies and measures (Kiaunytė and Lygnugarienė, 2019) Research object: What are the causes of stress experienced by social workers during the adoption process. Objective: The causes of stress experienced by social workers during the adoption process. Work tasks: 1. To reveal the concept of stress in professional activities. 2. To analyze legal documents governing the adoption process. 3. To define the activities of social workers in the adoption process. 4. To identify the causes of stress experienced by social workers during adoption process. Research methodology and subjects: quantitative test, questionnaire survey, non-probobility target convenient selection method used. 33 social workers who are working in the adoption process participated in the research. Empirical research results: The research showed that the majority of social workers who were participating at the research were experienced stress in the adoption process. Respondents say that they are experiencing stress from distrust of adoptive parents and staff of other institucions, loopholes in the law, preparation of the opinion on adoption, avoidance of adoptive parents to apply for help after the adoption phase in the event of difficulties. The majority of respondents also mentioned, that cooperation with other institutions puts under stress due to the unclear functions of the different institutions and the inaccurate transfer of information, unequal treatment of social workers who are working in the adoption process.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas. Socialiniai darbuotojai profesinės veiklos vaiko globos sistemoje metu atlieka svarbų vaidmenį vertindami vaiko ir šeimos interesus, poreikius, padėtį, kitas aplinkybes, planuodami ir įgyvendindami prevencijos, intervencijos strategijas ir priemones (Kiaunytė ir Lygnugarienė, 2019). Tyrimo problema - kokios yra socialinio darbuotojo patiriamo streso priežastys dirbant įvaikinimo procese. Tyrimo objektas - socialinio darbuotojo patiriamo streso priežastys dirbant įvaikinimo procese. Tikslas – nustatyti socialinio darbuotojo patiriamo streso priežastis dirbant įvaikinimo procese. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Atskleisti streso patiriamo profesinėje veikloje sampratą. 2. Apibrėžti teisinius dokumentus reglamentuojančius įvaikinimo procesą. 3. Aprašyti socialinių darbuotojų veiklą dirbant įvaikinimo procese. 4. Indentifikuoti socialinio darbuotojo patiriamo streso priežastis dirbant įvaikinimo procese. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: kiekybinis tyrimas. Anketinė apklausa. Taikytas netikimybinės tikslinės patogiosios atrankos metodas. Tyrime dalyvavo 33 socialiniai darbuotojai, dirbantys įvaikinimo procese. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: Atlikto tyrimo metu išsiaiškinta, kad dauguma tyrime dalyvavusių socialinių darbuotojų dirbančių įvaikinimo procese patiria stresą. Respondentai teigia, kad jiems sukelia stresą įtėvių ir kitų institucijų darbuotojų nepasitikėjimas, įstatymų spragos, išvados rengimas dėl įvaikinimo, po įvaikinimo etapo įtėvių vengimas kreiptis pagalbos kilus sunkumams. Taip pat dauguma respondentų paminėjo, kad bendradarbiaujant su kitomis institucijomis kyla stresas dėl neaiškių skirtingų institucijų funkcijų bei netiksliai perduodamos informacijos, nelygiavertiško požiūrio į socialinius darbuotojus dirbančius įvaikinimo procese.	en_US
