dc.description	Relevance of the topic: as the number of elderly people increases, the problem of their health care as well as the growing dependence on others, the people around them, and the need for help is also becoming more and more relevant. In order to meet this need, people apply to institutions that provide a range of social and support services, and one of them is integral assistance in a person’s home, which provides complex nursing and social services. It is very important that the provision of integral assistance enables the caregiver to stay at home, which ensures psychological safety and a more stable psycho-emotional state. A social worker providing integral assistance must ensure the efficient and high-quality provision of services, but this is affected by the emerging difficulties. The problem of the research: what are the difficulties faced by a social worker in organizing integral assistance for the elderly people? The object of the research: difficulties of a social worker in organizing and providing integral assistance to the elderly people. The aim of the research: to reveal the difficulties of a social worker in organizing integral assistance for the elderly people in their home. The tasks of the research are the following: 1. To describe the peculiarities of old age; 2. To analyze the structure of integral assistance for the elderly people at home; 3. To distinguish the activities of a social worker who have difficulties in organizing and providing integral assistance to the elderly people in their home; 4. To identify the difficulties of a social worker in organizing and providing integral assistance to the elderly people at home. Research methodology and subjects: empirical research. Social workers working in an integral support team were selected for the research. The main results of the empirical research: The data of the study revealed that a social worker experiences various difficulties in organizing the process of integrated assistance for the elderly at home: inadequate office; reluctance of clients' relatives to cooperate and conflicts with them; lack of motivation of integrated support team staff; emerging conflicts between members of the integrated assistance team; difficulties in scheduling work; unfavorable working conditions for the integrated assistance team.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: asmeniui senstant, didėja ir priklausomybė nuo kitų, aplinkinių žmonių, nes didėja pagalbos poreikis. Šiam poreikiui patenkinti yra integrali pagalba, kurią sudaro kompleksinės slaugos ir socialinės paslaugos asmens namuose. Labai svarbu yra tai, kad integralios pagalbos teikimas sudaro galimybę slaugomajam likti namuose, o tai užtikrina psichologinį saugumą bei stabilesnę psichoemocinę kliento būklę. Integraliąją pagalbą vykdantis socialinis darbuotojas privalo užtikrinti efektyvų ir kokybišką paslaugų teikimą, tačiau dirbant atsiranda įvairių sunkumų. Tyrimo problema: kokius sunkumus patiria socialinis darbuotojas organizuodamas integralią pagalbą senyvo amžiaus asmenims namuose? Tyrimo objektas: socialinio darbuotojo patiriami sunkumai organizuojant ir teikiant integralią pagalbą senyvo amžiaus asmenims namuose. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti socialinio darbuotojo sunkumus organizuojant integralią pagalbą senyvo amžiaus asmenims namuose. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti senėjimo proceso biologinius, psichologinius bei socialinius ypatumus. 2. Atskleisti integralios pagalbos namuose struktūrą, senyvo amžiaus asmenims. 3. Išskirti socialinio darbuotojo veiklas, kuriose patiriama sunkumų, organizuojant integralią pagalbą senyvo amžiaus asmenims namuose. 4. Identifikuoti socialinio darbuotojo sunkumus, organizuojant integralią pagalbą senyvo amžiaus asmenims namuose. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: empirinis tyrimas. Tyrimui atlikti buvo pasirinktos socialinės darbuotojos, dirbančios integralios pagalbos komandoje. Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: atlikto tyrimo duomenys atskleidė, kad socialinis darbuotojas organizuodamas integralios pagalbos procesą senyvo amžiaus asmenims namuose, patiria įvairius sunkumus: netinkamas darbo kabinetas; klientų artimųjų nenoras bendradarbiauti bei konfliktai su jais; integralios pagalbos komandos darbuotojų motyvacijos stoka; kylantys konfliktai tarp integralios pagalbos komandos narių; sunkumai sudarant darbo grafikus; nepalankios darbo sąlygos integralios pagalbos komandai.	en_US
