dc.description	The relevance of the theme - children's day centres are attended by children whose families are subject to case management. A social worker working at a children's day centre needs more information to help the child and his/her family. Family problem-solving specialist can find effective solutions to problems by sharing information and engaging in the problem-solving process. In cooperation with specialists, the problems of children and their families attending the children's day center are solved faster and more efficiently. The problem of reseach - what are the peculiarities of social worker cooperation with members of a team of specialist in a children's day centre? The subject of the research - peculiarities of social worker cooperation with members of a team of specialist in a children's day centre. The aim of the research - reveal the specifics of social worker cooperation with members of a team of specialist in a children's day centre. The objectives of the research: 1. The objectives of the research. 2. Describe the importance a team of specialist in a children's day center. 3. Discuss the peculiarities of social worker cooperation with members a team of specialist in a children's day center. 4. Identify the peculiarities of social worker cooperation with members a team of specialist in a children's day center. Methodology of the research and subjects. Analysis and qualitative study of scientific literature. Social workers working at the children's day centre were selected for the reseach. The results of empirical reseach. The results of the research revealed that the peculiarities of social worker cooperation with members a team of specialist in a children's day center are the following: the choice of problem-solving strategy is influenced by work experience; the need for cooperation with team members depends on the frequency of children's behavioural problems; the influence of the collaborative atmosphere on teamwork (the lack of equal relationships and roles in team members prolongs the problem-solving process) and preconditions for failed cooperation (different attitudes, opposition to new ideas, unequal workload, avoidance of responsibility).	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas - vaikų dienos centrus lanko vaikai, kurių šeimoms taikoma atvejo vadyba. Vaikų dienos centre dirbančiam socialiniam darbuotojui reikia daugiau informacijos norint padėti vaikui ir jo šeimai. Su šeimos problemų sprendimu susiję specialistai pasidalindami informacija ir įsitraukdami į problemų sprendimų procesą gali surasti veiksmingus problemų sprendimus. Bendradarbiaujant specialistams vaikų dienos centrą lankančių vaikų ir jų šeimų problemos išsprendžiamos greičiau bei efektyviau. Tyrimo problema - kokie socialinio darbuotojo bendradarbiavimo ypatumai su specialistų komandos nariais vaikų dienos centre? Tyrimo objektas - socialinio darbuotojo bendradarbiavimo ypatumai su specialistų komandos nariais vaikų dienos centre. Tyrimo tikslas - atskleisti socialinio darbuotojo bendradarbiavimo ypatumus su specialistų komandos nariais vaikų dienos centre. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Apibūdinti vaikų dienos centro paskirtį. 2. Aprašyti specialistų komandos svarbą vaikų dienos centre. 3. Aptarti socialinio darbuotojo bendradarbiavimo ypatumus su specialistų komandos nariais vaikų dienos centre. 4. Nustatyti socialinio darbuotojo bendradarbiavimo ypatumus su specialistų komandos nariais vaikų dienos centre. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji. Mokslinės literatūros analizė ir kokybinis tyrimas. Tyrimui atlikti buvo pasirinkti socialiniai darbuotojai dirbantys vaikų dienos centre. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai. Tyrimo duomenys atskleidė, kad socialinio darbuotojo bendradarbiavimo ypatumai su specialistų komandos nariais vaikų dienos centre yra šie: problemų sprendimo strategijos pasirinkimą įtakoja darbo patirtis; bendradarbiavimo su specialistų komandos nariais poreikis priklauso nuo vaikų elgesio problemų dažnumo; bendradarbiavimo atmosferos įtaka darbui komandoje (lygiaverčių komandos narių santykių bei vaidmenų pasiskirstymo stoka prailgina problemos sprendimo procesą) bei nesėkmingo bendradarbiavimo prielaidos (skirtingas požiūris, prieštaravimas naujoms idėjoms, netolygus darbo krūvis, atsakomybės vengimas).	en_US
