dc.description	Various sources interpret employees' motivation for a specific job differently: some single out financial rewards, others prioritize career opportunities, and still others point to the relevance of a person's self-realization. Therefore, the question arises - what is the most motivating pre-school educators to work in pedagogical work? While writing the final bachelor, the following problematic questions were raised: how are the teachers of pre-school education institutions motivated to work in the educational institution? What is the motivation of pre-school teachers to work? what factors determine the motivation of pre-school teachers to work? what are the obstacles and problems of motivation of pre-school teachers? Research problem: what is the motivation of teachers to work in a pre-school education institution? The object of the research is the motivation of pre-school teachers to work. The aim of the research is to reveal the motivation of pre - school teachers to work and the factors and problems that determine it.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas. Įvairūs šaltiniai skirtingai aiškina darbuotojų motyvavimą konkrečiam darbui: vieni išskiria finansinį atlygį, kiti prioritetus teikia karjeros galimybėms, dar kiti nurodo asmens savirealizacijos aktualumą. Todėl iškyla klausimas – o kas labiausiai motyvuoja ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogus dirbti pedagoginį darbą? Rašant baigiamąjį darbą, iškelti tokie probleminiai klausimai: kaip ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogai motyvuoti darbui ugdymo įstaigoje? kuo pasireiškia ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos pedagogų motyvacija darbui? kokie veiksniai lemia ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų motyvaciją dirbti? kokios yra ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų motyvacijos kliūtys, problemos? Tyrimo problema: kokia pedagogų motyvacija dirbti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje? Tyrimo objektas – ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos pedagogų motyvacija dirbti. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos pedagogų motyvaciją dirbti ir ją lemiančius veiksnius bei problemas.	en_US
