dc.description	Relevance of the topic: As the number of addictions and the offer of the drugs is increasing very rapidly, there are more and more addicts that need help. The problem of the research: How big is the need of social services for drug addicts. The object of the research: The need of social services for drug addicts and people who are receiving a treatment in the addiction centres. The aim of the research: To reveal the need of social services for drug addicts and people who are receiving a treatment in the addiction centres. The tasks of the research: To define drugs, their impacts and consequences. To define the treatment the addiction centres are using to help drug addicts. To identify the need of social services for drug addicts and the ones who are receiving the treatment in addiction centre. The methodology and the subjects of the research: The survey of random drug addicts and individuals who are receiving the treatment in addiction centre. The results of the empirical research: The results of the research showed that there is a need of social services for drug addicts and the individuals who are receiving the treatment in addiction centre. Also, it revealed the damage of drugs for the individual and his environment. Besides, the need of services that are not provided or are provided differently became apparent. For example, more flexible work schedule, the ability to carry out all the necessary tests in one place – for example in the same addiction centre, to get better conditions of treatment or to receive treatment in a prison. The research also revealed that it is almost impossible to deal and heal from drug addiction by your own without a help that is provided in the addiction centre.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: Sparčiai didėjant priklausomybėms ir didėjant narkotinių medžiagų pasiūlai, vis daugiau yra priklausomų asmenų, kuriems yra reikalinga pagalba. Tyrimo problema: Koks yra socialinių paslaugų poreikis, asmenims turintiems priklausomybę nuo narkotinių medžiagų. Tyrimo objektas: Socialinių paslaugų poreikis asmenims, turintiems priklausomybę nuo narkotinių medžiagų ir besigydantiems priklausomybių ligų centre. Tyrimo tikslas: Nustatyti socialinių paslaugų poreikį asmenims, turintiems priklausomybę nuo narkotinių medžiagų ir besigydantiems priklausomybių ligų centre. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Apibrėžti narkotines medžiagas, jų poveikį, vartojimo pasekmes. 2. Aprašyti priklausomybių ligų centro veiklą su nuo narkotinių medžiagų priklausomais asmenimis. 3. Nustatyti socialinių paslaugų poreikį asmenims turintiems priklausomybę nuo narkotinių medžiagų ir besigydantiems priklausomybių ligų centre. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: Apklausiami atsitiktiniai asmenys, turintys priklausomybę nuo narkotinių medžiagų ir besigydantys priklausomybių ligų centre. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad socialinių paslaugų informavimo, konsultavimo ir tarpininkavimo poreikis yra asmenims, kurie turi priklausomybę nuo narkotinių medžiagų. Atskleidė padaromą žalą asmeniui ir jo aplinkai. Taip pat išryškėjo poreikis paslaugų, kurios nėra suteikiamos arba suteikiamos kitaip – kaip lankstesnis darbo grafikas, galimybė atlikti visus reikiamus tyrimus vienoje vietoje, tame pačiame priklausomybių ligų centre, gauti palankesnes sąlygas gydytis, bei suteikti visas sąlygas gydytis įkalinimo įstaigoje. Tyrimas parodė ir tai, jog bandymas susitvarkyti su šia priklausomybe pačiam, be suteikiamos profesionalios pagalbos priklausomybių ligų centre yra beveik neįmanomas.	en_US
