dc.description	Relevance of the topic. the numbers of mental disorders in Lithuania are growing year by year, statistically women are affected by them more them men are. Mental disorders force people to face either external and internal life changes and difficulties, integration to the society often becomes a challenge. The social worker, who works in the impatient medical treatment institution is an important person, considering that his work is directed to the improvement of patients’ integration, social and emotional life. Counting the importance of the social workers’ job intentions and considering statistical indicators in Lithuania, it is important and relevant to identify social workers’ activity with women who have mental disorders in stationary medical treatment institution. The problem of the research: what kind of activities social worker does in the impatient medical treatment institution in order to help women who have mental disorders? The object of the research: the activity of the social worker, who works in the impatient medical treatment institution with women who have mental disorders. The aim of the research: to determine the activity of the social workers, who works in the impatient medical treatment institution with women, who have mental disorders. The tasks of the research: 1. To introduce the concept of the mental disorders; 2. To describe the activities of the social worker in the impatient medical treatment institution; 3. To identify social worker’s activities in the impatient medical treatment institution, with women who have mental disorders. The methods of the research and the subjects: scientific literature and the half-structured interview is used for the research. The object – social workers, who work in the impatient medical treatment institution, with women who have mental disorders. The results of the empirical research: social worker’s activity with women who have mental disorders in the impatient medical treatment institution is a provision of social services – mediation, counseling, information, representation, escort, which include solving of connections, financial, skills and crises problems. Activities are done according to theories (usually cognitive, systems, humanistic), in cooperation with the patient, his relatives and other institutions (only with the written agreement of the patient).	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: psichikos sutrikimų skaičius Lietuvoje kasmet auga, su jais šalyje moterys statistiškai susiduria dažniau nei vyrai. Psichikos sutrikimai asmenis priverčia susidurti tiek su vidiniais tiek su išoriniais gyvenimo pokyčiais ir sunkumais, integracija į visuomenę dažnai tampa iššūkiu. Socialinis darbuotojas, dirbantis su psichikos sutrikimų turinčiomis moterimis stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje, yra svarbus asmuo atsižvelgiant į tai, jog jo darbas yra nukreiptas į pacienčių integraciją socialinio gyvenimo gerinimą, emocinių problemų sprendimą. Dėl socialinių darbuotojų tikslų svarbos ir statistinių rodiklių Lietuvoje, yra svarbu ir aktualu nustatyti socialinio darbuotojo veiklą stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje su psichikos sutrikimų turinčiomis moterimis. Tyrimo problema: kokias veiklas atlieka socialinis darbuotojas dirbdamas stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje su psichikos sutrikimų turinčiomis moterimis? Tyrimo objektas: socialinio darbuotojo, dirbančio su psichikos sutrikimų turinčiomis moterimis stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje, veikla. Tyrimo tikslas: nustatyti socialinių darbuotojų, dirbančių su psichikos sutrikimų turinčiomis moterimis stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje, veiklą. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Pateikti psichikos sutrikimų sampratą; 2. Aprašyti socialinio darbuotojo veiklą stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje; 3. Identifikuoti socialinio darbuotojo veiklas dirbant su psichikos sutrikimų turinčiomis moterimis stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: tyrimui atlikti naudojama mokslinė literatūra ir pusiau struktūruotas interviu. Tiriamieji - socialiniai darbuotojai dirbantys stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje su psichikos sutrikimų turinčiomis moterimis. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: atlikto tyrimo duomenys parodė, jog socialinio darbuotojo veikla dirbant stacionarioje gydymo įstaigoje su psichikos sutrikimų turinčiomis moterimis yra tarpininkavimo, konsultavimo, informavimo, atstovavimo, palydėjimo paslaugų teikimas, į kurias įeina sutrikusių ryšių atstatymas, finansinio nestabilumo, įgūdžių trūkumo, iškilusių krizių problemų sprendimas. Veikla atliekama vadovaujantis teorijomis (dažniausiai kognityvine, sistemų, humanistine), bendradarbiaujant su paciente, jos artimaisiais ir kitomis institucijomis (tik gavus pacientės raštišką sutikimą).	en_US
