dc.description	Relevance of the topic: In today's society, with the increase of risk factors, the number of people with Alzheimer's disease who need constant care is growing faster. Alzheimer's disease changes the functioning of the family, relatives often face constant stress, depression is possible, so there is a need for social worker activities with relatives of a person with Alzheimer's disease. Research problem: activities of a social worker with relatives of a person with Alzheimer's disease. The object of the research: the activity of a social worker with the relatives of a person with Alzheimer's disease. The aim of the study: to reveal the activities of a social worker with relatives of a person with Alzheimer's disease. Research tasks: 1. To present the psychosocial characteristics of a person with Alzheimer's disease. 2. To review the activities of a social worker with the relatives of a person with Alzheimer's disease, based on the principles of direct and indirect practice. 3. To investigate the activities of a social worker with relatives of a person with Alzheimer's disease. Research methodology and subjects: quantitative descriptive study. Relatives of a person with Alzheimer's disease were interviewed, selected using unlikely, targeted, convenient selection. Number of respondents - 38. The chosen questionnaire method was chosen. The survey was submitted in written and online forms. Respondents were given 24 questions in the questionnaire, which were based on direct and indirect practice actions. Results of an empirical study: The results of the study show that the activities of a social worker with relatives with Alzheimer's disease are necessary, but not completely satisfactory. The research revealed that the majority of respondents have a marked lack of social worker activities such as sending, empowering, responding to the crisis, support activities, activities as mediation, networking, volunteer program development, self-help group organization.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: šiandieninėje visuomenėje, daugėjant rizikos veiksniams, vis sparčiau auga Alzheimerio liga sergančių asmenų, kuriems reikalinga nuolatinė priežiūra. Alzheimerio liga pakeičia šeimos funkcionavimą, artimieji dažnai susiduria su nuolatiniu stresu, galima depresija, todėl yra reikalinga socialinio darbuotojo veikla su Alzheimerio liga sergančio asmens artimaisiais. Tyrimo problema: socialinio darbuotojo veikla su Alzheimerio liga sergančio asmens artimaisiais. Tyrimo objektas: socialinio darbuotojo veikla su Alzheimerio liga sergančio asmens artimaisiais. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti socialinio darbuotojo veiklą su Alzheimerio liga sergančio asmens artimaisiais. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Pateikti Alzheimerio liga sergančio žmogaus psichosocialinę charakteristiką. 2. Apžvelgti socialinio darbuotojo veiklą su Alzheimerio liga sergančio asmens artimaisiais, remiantis tiesioginės ir netiesioginės praktikos principais. 3. Ištirti socialinio darbuotojo veiklą su Alzheimerio liga sergančio asmens artimaisiais. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: kiekybinis aprašomasis tyrimas. Apklausti Alzheimerio liga sergančio asmens artimieji, atrinkti naudojantis netikimybine, tiksline, patogiąja atranka. Atsakiusių respondentų skaičius – 38. Pasirinktas anketinis apklausos metodas. Apklausa buvo pateikta rašytine ir internetine formomis. Respondentams anketoje buvo pateikta 24 klausimai, kurie buvo sudaryti remiantis tiesioginės ir netiesioginės praktikos veiksmais. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: atlikto tyrimo rezultatai rodo, kad socialinio darbuotojo veikla su Alzheimerio liga sergančiais artimaisiais reikalinga, tačiau nėra visiškai patenkinama. Tyrimo metu išryškėjo, kad didžiajai daliai respondentų yra ryškus socialinio darbuotojo veiklų, tokių kaip siuntimas, įgalinimas, reakcija į krizę, paramos veiklos, veiklos kaip tarpininkavimo, tinklo organizavimo, savanorių programos rengimo, savipagalbos grupių organizavimo trūkumas.	en_US
