dc.description	During this final work, visualizations of the interior and exterior of the commercial building and interiors of UAB „Kagneta“ were created, according to the needs of the customer. The work consists of an analytical and practical part and additives. The analytical part describes the customer's needs analysis and provides several examples of designs. An analysis of good examples was carried out and the main 3D modelling programmes were discussed. Technical equipment analysis was also carried out on what hardware parameters are needed for the program to function smoothly and discusses the software used at work. In the practical part, the stages of modeling of the building, the modeling of furniture, the decoration of objects with materials, the creation of textures and the light sources used are described. The creation of interior and exterior visualizations is described. Economic calculations for price setting have been carried out, showing how the total costs incurred are calculated and describing the safety of the work, since the work must comply with the security requirements. This work consists of 45 pages, 10 tables, 30 paintings, 31 literature and information sources, 8 annexes.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Šio baigiamojo darbo metu buvo sukurtos UAB „Kagneta“ komercinės paskirties pastato ir vidinių patalpų interjero ir eksterjero vizualizacijos, atsižvelgiant į užsakovo poreikius. Darbas susideda iš analitinės ir praktinės dalies bei priedų. Analitinėje dalyje, aprašyta užsakovo poreikių analizė, pateikti keli dizaino pavyzdžiai. Atlikta gerųjų pavyzdžių analizė, bei aptartos pagrindinės trimačio modeliavimo programos. Taip pat atlikta techninės įrangos analizė, kokie įrangos parametrai reikalingi, kad programa sklandžiai veiktų, ir aptarta darbe naudota programinė įranga. Praktinėje dalyje, aprašyta pastato modeliavimo etapai, baldų modeliavimas, objektų apvilkimas medžiagomis, tekstūrų kūrimas bei naudoti šviesos šaltiniai. Aprašytas interjero ir eksterjero vizualizacijų kūrimas. Atlikti ekonominiai skaičiavimai, skirti kainos nustatymui, parodyta kaip apskaičiuojamos visos patirtos išlaidos, bei aprašyta darbų sauga, kadangi atliekant darbą privaloma laikytis saugumo reikalavimų. Šį darbą sudaro 45 puslapiai, 10 lentelių, 30 paveikslų, 31 literatūros ir informacijos šaltinių, 8 priedai.	en_US
