dc.description	The final paper analyzes legal documents, scientific publications and insights related to cadastral measurements of land plots, their performance, registration in the Real Estate Register. The objective of the paper is to carry out cadastral measurements of land plots, to examine the procedure and methodology of cadastral measurements of land plots. The problems of determining the cadastral data of land plots are investigated by looking into two specific situations and the conclusions provided by the National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture . The investigation showed that the adjacent land plot, located in the Užmedžiai village of Kelmė district municipality, marked improperly by land surveyor and without checking the area by the National Land Service Specialists registered in Real Estate Register. Examining the land plot in the Paversekis village of Varėna district municipality, after the partition of the land plot, a lack of land area was identified, and after submitting the plot plan to the Register Center for preliminary inspection, it became clear that its boundary does not match the adjacent land plot. The territorial division of the National Land Service concluded that the works could be continued, but the lack of land area would not be compensated, therefore the owner of this plot suffered a loss as no cadastral measurements were made before the purchase of the land plot. In order to carry out the analysis of the problems arising in the cadastral measurements of land plots, a questionnaire survey was conducted with the participation of surveyors performing cadastral measurements of land plots. The data obtained during the survey are systematized and the obtained conclusions are presented in the final paper.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe analizuojami teisiniai dokumentai, nagrinėjamos mokslinės publikacijos ir įžvalgos susijusios su žemės sklypų kadastriniais matavimais, jų atlikimu, registravimu Nekilnojamojo turto registre. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas: atlikti žemės sklypų kadastrinius matavimus, išnagrinėti žemės sklypų kadastrinių matavimų atlikimo tvarką bei metodiką. Nagrinėjamos žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų nustatymo problemos analizuojant dvi konkrečias situacijas ir Nacionalinės žemės tarnybos prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos pateiktas išvadas. Atlikus tyrimą nustatyta, kad gretimas žemės sklypas, esantis Kelmės rajono savivaldybėje, Užmedžių kaime, paženklintas netinkamai ir nepatikrinus vietovėje, Nacionalinės žemės tarnybos specialistų, įregistruotas Nekilnojamojo turto registre. Nagrinėjant žemės sklypą, esantį Varėnos rajono savivaldybėje, Paversekio kaime, atlikus žemės sklypo padalijimą, nustatytas ploto trūkumas, o pateikus sklypo planą Registrų centrui atlikti išankstinę patikrą paaiškėjo ir tai, kad jo riba neatitinka gretimo žemės sklypo ribos. Nacionalinės žemės tarnybos teritorinis skyrius pateikė išvadą, kad galima tęsti darbus, tačiau už nustatyto žemės sklypo ploto trūkumą nebus kompensuojama, todėl šio sklypo savininkas patyrė nuostolį, kadangi prieš žemės sklypo pirkimą nebuvo atlikti kadastriniai matavimai. Siekiant kuo kokybiškiau atlikti, problemų kylančių atliekant žemės sklypų kadastrinius matavimus, analizę buvo sudaryta anketinė apklausa, kurioje dalyvavo matininkai, atliekantys žemės sklypų kadastrinius matavimus. Apklausos metu gauti duomenys susisteminti ir gautos išvados pateiktos baigiamajame darbe.	en_US
