dc.description	During the preparation of the thesis, the regulations, laws, rules and scientific publication defining the preparation of topographic plans were analysed in the theoretical part of the thesis. The objective of the paper is to analyze and evaluate the problems of preparation of topographic plans in Kaunas region. The analytical part of the thesis included an analysis of the methods of topographic plan preparation, which I followed during the practice, an overview of the drawing requirements with the software and the adaptability of the devices used according to the situation. It also discusses the new TOPD electronic service of the Lithuanian spatial information portal GEOPORTAL.LT, which has been operating in part of Lithuanian municipalities since December 1, 2017, and is intended for the coordination of topographic plans and engineering networks. This thesis analysis the following problems of preparation of three topographic plans: The first topographic plan was prepared for renovation of an apartment building with an area of 0.33 ha, located in Garliava, Liepų 22 st. Due to occurence of issues, the plan was coordinated within 2 months, from November 7, 2019 to January 7, 2020. The second topographic plan was prepared in the village of Linksmakalnis village, Liepų 15 st., with an area of 1.34 ha. The main difficulty was the measurement work, as demolition work was started on the abandoned land plot and in order to accurately represent the image of the area in the plan, it was necessary to choose appropriate measurement methods, which influenced the longer duration of preparation of the topographic plan. The last object analysed was distinguished by its complexity, as the measurements were carried out in Kaunas city, Technikos 8B st., in an area of 1.23 ha where traffic is more intense, and the area is densely built-up. During the preparation of the thesis, an online survey was compiled, the aim of which was to find out the opinion of qualified surveyors about the problems of preparation of topographic plans and the TOPD electronic service. dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo rengimo metu teorinėje dalyje buvo analizuojami topografinių planų rengimą apibrėžiantys reglamentai, įstatymai, nuostatai ir mokslinė publikacija. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti ir įvertinti topografinių planų rengimo problemas Kauno regione. Analitinėje darbo dalyje buvo analizuojami topografinio plano sudarymo metodai, kuriais vadovavausi praktikos metu, apžvelgiami braižymo reikalavimai su programinę įranga ir naudojamų prietaisų pritaikomumas pagal situaciją. Taip pat, aptariama nuo 2017 metų gruodžio 1 dienos, dalyje Lietuvos savivaldybių, pradėjusi veikti Lietuvos erdvinės informacijos portalo – „GEOPORTAL.LT“ nauja „TOPD“ elektroninė paslauga, kuri skirta topografinių planų ir inžinerinių tinklų derinimui. Šiame darbe yra analizuojama trijų topografinių planų sudarymo problematika: Pirmasis parengtas topografinis planas buvo skirtas daugiabučio renovacijai, kurio plotas siekė 0,33 ha, esančio Garliavos mieste, Liepų 22 gatvėje. Dėl iškilusių nesklandumų planas buvo suderintas per 2 mėnesius nuo 2019 metų lapkričio 7 dienos iki 2020 metų sausio 7 dienos. Antrasis analizuojamas topografinis planas buvo atliekamas Linksmakalnio kaime, Liepų 15 gatvėje, kurio plotas 1,34 ha. Daugiausia sunkumų kėlė matavimo darbai, nes apleistame sklype buvo pradėti griovimo darbai. Todėl norint tiksliai atvaizduoti vietovės vaizdą plane, reikėjo pasirinkti tinkamus matavimo metodus, kurie įtakojo ilgesnį topografinio plano rengimo laiką. Trečiasis analizuojamas objektas išsiskyrė savo sudėtingumu, kadangi matavimai buvo atliekami Kauno mieste, Technikos 8B gatvėje, 1,23 ha plote, kur eismas yra intensyvesnis bei tankiai užstatyta teritorija. Baigiamojo darbo rengimo metu buvo sudaryta internetinė apklausa, kurios tikslas – sužinoti kvalifikuotų geodezininkų nuomonę apie topografinių planų rengimo problematiką ir TOPD elektroninę paslaugą. Gautus rezultatus apibendrinau baigiamojo darbo analitinėje dalyje.	en_US
