dc.description	After evaluating different sparkling wine production technologies, it was decided to produce sparkling fruit and berry wine in traditional method, when secondary fermentation and maturation on yeast is carried out in a bottle. The winery will produce 100 hl of sparkling fruit-berry wine per year. Two types of wine will be produced: Sparkling rhubarb wine and Sparkling apple wine. The recipes for these wines have been created and a technological process has been planned out. According to the planned production and technological process, a plan of the winery has been prepared with the layout of the equipment, projected flow of staff and materials. Based on the technological process and the winery plan, the company's financial statistics were calculated. It was found that the investment in such a company would pay for itself within six years of operation.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Įvertinus skirtingas putojančio vyno gamybos technologijas nuspręsta gaminti putojantį vaisių – uogų vyną tradiciniu motodu, kai antrinė fermantacija ir brandinimas ant mielių vykdomas butelyje. Per metus vyninė pagamins 100 hl putojančio vaisių – uogų vyno. Bus gaminami dviejų rūšių – Putojantis rabarbarų vynas ir Putojantis obuolių vynas – putojantys vynai. Sudarytos šių vynų receptūros, numatytas technologinis procesas. Pagal numatomus gamybos pajėgumus ir technologinį procesą paruoštas vyninės patalpų planas su įrenginių išdėstymu, projektuojamais personalo ir medžiagų srautais. Remiantis technologiniu procesu ir projektuotu patalpų planu apskaičiuoti įmonės finansiniai rodikliai. Nustatyta, kad investicijos į tokią įmonę atsipirktų per šešerius veiklos metus.	en_US
