Forearm bone distal fractures are among the most common injuries and abundant ranks third after the femur and the proximal part of vertebral fractures. The frequency of fractures and their negative effects are constantly increasing on human health, working capacity and life (Tamulaitienė et. al., 2009). Traditional rehabilitation exercises patients get bored, they sometimes ignore the instructions, so the authors suggest the game – oriented methods to solve these problems. Also patients, especially when first going to rehabilitation, are more interested in newer tools, such as E-LINK (Shapi’i et. al., 2014) Research questions: What are the difficulties for individuals who experienced forearm fractures in their daily activities? How does an interactive program help to improve the daily activities skills for individuals who experienced forearm fractures? The aim of the study – Analyze the skills of daily activities of individuals who experiences forearm fractures by using an interactive program. Research methodology: To achieve the purpose of the study was used a qualitative study and half – structured interview and observations. Interviews were recorded and transcribed. Investigators was 5 volunteers who had experienced forearm fractures and who were undergoing occupational therapy and interactive program activities. Each person was individually trained 5 days in 30 minutes.During this time, two or three different games are launched in the E – link program. For individuals measures the hand power of the dynamometer and based on its results and capabilities, selects the complexity and intensity of the program. An interview is recorded for 3 to 4 sessions. Research insights: 1. In the daily activities, the main difficulty for individuals who experienced forearm fractures is cooking, personal self – care and hygiene and dressing. 2. An interactive program for individuals who experienced forearm fractures helps to improve daily activities skills strengthening the hand muscle strength, increasing endurance and range of motion. en
