dc.description	Currently every firm, that wants to successfully work and reach their goals has to pay a great deal of attention not only to their competitors but also to their employees. The employees are an especially important part of the company, which helps to increase firms efficiency. Employers have to take into account employees needs and their satisfaction with work. Head of the company has to choose the right motivational measures to make sure that personnel expectations meets the reality. If the chosen motivational system is right, employees will help the company to reach excellent results.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo aktualumas – Šiuo metu kiekviena įmonė, kuri nori sėkmingai toliau dirbti ir pasiekti savo užsibrėžtų tikslų, turi didelį dėmesį skirti ne tik į savo konkurentams, bet ir darbuotojams. Įmonės darbuotojai yra itin svarbi įmonės dalis, kuri padeda įmonės efektyvumo didinimui. Darbdaviai turi atsižvelgti į kiekvieno jo darbuotojo poreikius ir jų pasitenkinimu darbu.
