dc.description	Aim of the study: revealing the activities of a nurse in nursing patients with alcoholic psychosis. Research tasks: 1. To find out the concept of alcoholism and alcoholic psychosis. 2. Define aspects of the nurse's activity in nursing patients with alcoholic psychosis. 3. Identify problematic aspects of nurses' work with patients with alcoholic psychosis. The object of the research: nurses activities in the psychiatry units and understanding the problematic aspects of the work. Research Methodology: The study was conducted in December, 2019. An anonymous survey was used to collect data. Surveys were handed out to all of the nurses working at the psychiatric clinic departament at that moment. 50 questionnaires were distributed, of which 35 returned with 70% response rate. Statistical data analysis was conducted by the researcher himself and Microsoft Excel software was used for graphical representation of the research results. Research results and conclusions: The vast majority of subjects who care for patients with alcoholic psychosis are aware of possible disorders, correctly perform nursing care to help the patient, and take care of their safety. Only a small percentage of those surveyed are not aware of all possible disorders of alcoholic psychosis, such as memory, consciousness, breathing, heart function, thermoregulation and body tremor. Also, not everyone is aware of the possible causes of disorders: hallucinations, thinking, memory and attention disorders or aggression. The study also identified patient aggression as a major concern in the care of patients with alcoholic psychosis and, for the majority, affects their psycho-emotional state.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti slaugytojo veiklą, slaugant alkoholinėje psichozėje esančius pacientus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Išsiaiškinti alkoholizmo ir alkoholinės psichozės sampratą. 2. Apibrėžti slaugytojo veiklos aspektus, slaugant alkoholinėje psichozėje esančius pacientus. 3. Nustatyti slaugytojų probleminius veiklos aspektus dirbant su alkoholinėje psichozėje esančiais pacientais. Tyrimo objektas: slaugytojų veikla, slaugant alkoholinėje psichozėje esančius pacientus. Tyrimo metodika: darbo tikslui ir uždaviniams pasiekti buvo naudojama mokslinės literatūros šaltinių analizė bei anoniminė apklausa. Anketos buvo išdalintos visiems psichiatrijos skyriuose tuo metu dirbantiems slaugytojams. Iš viso išdalinta 50 anketų iš kurių sugrįžo – 35, atsako dažnis – 70 proc. Statistinė duomenų analizė atlikta pačio tyrėjo, grafiniam tyrimo rezultatų pavaizdavimui naudota Microsoft Excel programa. Tyrimo laikas: 2019-12-06 – 2019- 12-24. Tyrimo rezultatai: Tyrimas atskleidė, kad didžioji dauguma tiriamųjų slaugant alkoholinėje psichozėje esančius pacientus, žino, kokie galimi sutrikimai, teisingai atlieka slaugos veiksmus, kad padėtų pacientui, bei rūpinasi savo saugumu. Tik nedidelė dalis apklaustųjų – žino ne visus galimus alkoholinės psichozės sutrikimus tokius, kaip atminties, sąmonės, kvėpavimo, širdies veiklos, termoriaguliacijos ir kūno tremoro. Taip pat, ne visi išsiaiškina, kokios galimos sutrikimų priežastys: esant mąstymo, atminties ir dėmesio sutrikimams, agresijai ar pacientui psichomotoriškai sujaudintam. Tiriamieji, kaip didžiausią problemą slaugant alkoholinėje psichozėje esančius pacientus nurodė pacientų agresiją, kuri daugeliui ir įtakoja psichoemocinę būseną.	en_US
