dc.description	Relevance of the research: In the last few years there has been a dramatic decrease of instances of natural childbirth after a caesarean section whilst the overall number of caesarean surgeries has increased. The rapid increase of caesarean section surgeries is thought to be the result of the lack of knowledge or a misleading opinion of giving childbirth naturally that pregnant women have. The method of giving birth in the future depends on the experience of previous childbearing methods. Aim of the research: to reveal the opinion of women about giving birth naturally after a successful caesarean section. Objectives of the research: • To determine the opinion of women about a caesarean section; • To determine the opinion of women about giving birth naturally after a caesarean section; • To compare the opinion of women about giving birth via caesarean section and giving birth naturally after a caesarean section. Research methodology: The internet poll was conducted from the 19th of August until the 1st of November in 2019. 57 women participated in the poll. Results of the research: 84,21 percent of women would choose to give birth naturally next time and 15,79 percent would choose to repeat the caesarean surgery. The women rated giving birth naturally with an average score of 8,42, while the caesarean section received an average score of 6,86. Conclusions: The majority of women rate the caesarean section surgery with a score of 5, they also seem to have more knowledge of the aforementioned surgery‘s drawbacks but not the advantages. Ratings of giving birth naturally after a caesarean section were generally more favourable, because the maximum score received was 10, the respondents knew all of the advantages(though, not the drawbacks) of giving birth naturally. Therefore, according to the results of the poll, giving birth naturally is seen as the better way to give birth since it was rated highly and the women would prefer to give birth this way in the future.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo aktualumas: pastaraisiais metais labai sumažėjo gimdymo natūraliais gimdymo takais po buvusios cezario pjūvio operacijos atvejų ir padidėjo atliekamų cezario pjūvio operacijų skaičius. Manoma, kad cezario pjūvių operacijų skaičius padidėjo, nes nėščiosios neturi reikiamų žinių arba yra susidariusios klaidingą nuomonę apie gimdymą natūraliais gimdymo takais. Gimdymo būdo pasirinkimas ateityje priklauso nuo praėjusių gimdymų patirties. Darbo tikslas – atskleisti moterų nuomonę apie gimdymą natūraliais gimdymo takais po cezario pjūvio operacijos. Tyrimo uždaviniai: • Nustatyti moterų nuomonę apie cezario pjūvio operaciją; • Nustatyti moterų nuomonę apie natūralų gimdymą po cezario pjūvio operacijos; • Palyginti moterų nuomonę apie gimdymą cezario pjūvio operacijos būdu ir gimdymą natūraliais gimdymo takais po buvusios cezario pjūvio operacijos. Tyrimo metodika ir kontingentas: internetinė apklausa buvo vykdoma 2019 – 09 - 29 iki 11 – 01. Tyrime dalyvavo 57 moterys. Tyrimo rezultatai: 84,21 proc. moterų kitą gimdymą rinktųsi natūraliais gimdymo takais, o 15,79 proc. – cezario pjūvio operaciją. Gimdymą natūraliais gimdymo takais apklaustosios vidutiniškai įvertino 8,32 balais, o cezario pjūvio operaciją įvertino 6,86 balais. Išvados: daugiausiai moterų cezario pjūvio operaciją vertina penkiais balais iš dešimties, jos daugiau turi informacijos apie šios operacijos trūkumus, bet ne privalumus. Dauguma moterų gimdymą natūraliais gimdymo takais po cezario pjūvio operacijos vertina dešimčia balų iš dešimties, jos turi daugiau žinių apie šio gimdymo privalumus nei trūkumus. Taigi, respondenčių nuomone, gimdymas natūraliais gimdymo takais yra geresnis gimdymo būdas už cezario pjūvio operacija bei šiuo būdu jos norėtų gimdyti ir ateityje.	en_US
