dc.description	Abandoned land areas in the country and Kaunas city have a significant impact on the environment, as the aesthetic landscape is undermined, and unused land areas do not contribute to the improvement of the country's economic indicators. Methods of research: review of scientific literature, analysis of the size of brown fields in Kaunas city in various officially submitted documents, such as the Land Fund of the Republic of Lithuania, which provides statistical information on the size of private, state and municipal land in municipalities. The accumulated data in the Spatial Data Set of the Land of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as AŽ_DRLT ) were analyzed. The territories of Kaunas city Aleksotas and Šilainiai elderships were selected for more detailed investigation. Survey123 for ArcGIS Capabilities Survey: Identification of brown fields by physical site capture and instant assessment of predefined criteria, such as tall woody grasses, isolated trees and shrubs. The study uses space imagery from the Sentinel artificial Earth satellite, which has been downloaded from the European Space Agency. The data used for the study were processed by ArcGIS software. A cloud-based LandViewer is used, which is GIS-based. Selected because of the convenience of tracking changes in the earth's surface, the constantly updated catalog of space images, and the development of a variety of tools for real-time monitoring and evaluation of remote sensing data. Managed and non-managed classifications are performed using ArcGIS software to determine specific brownfield sites. The results of the study are presented in visual form and in diagrams.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Apleistų žemių plotai šalyje ir Kauno mieste teikia didelį poveikį aplinkai, nes darkomas estetinis kraštovaizdžio vaizdas, neeksploatuojami žemės plotai neprisideda ir prie šalies ekonomikos rodiklių gerinimo. Tyrimo metodai: atliekama mokslinės literatūros apžvalga, analizuojamos apleistų žemių plotų Kauno mieste dydžiai įvairiuose oficialiai teikiamuose dokumentuose, kaip Lietuvos Respublikos žemės fondas, kurioje teikiama statistinė informacija apie savivaldybių teritorijoje esančias privačios, valstybinės ir savivaldybių žemės plotų dydžius. Išanalizuoti sukaupti duomenys Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijos apleistų žemių erdvinių duomenų rinkinyje (toliau – AŽ_DRLT). Išsamesniam tyrimui pasirinktos Kauno miesto Aleksoto ir Šilainių seniūnijų teritorijos. Pasinaudojant Survey123 forArcGIS galimybėmis sukurta apklausa: apleistų žemių identifikavimas, taikant fizinę vietovių fotofiksaciją ir momentinį jos vertinimą pagal iš anksto įvardintus kriterijus, kaip aukšta sumedėjusi žolinė augmenija, pavieniai medžiai ir krūmai. Tyrimui atlikti naudojami Sentinel dirbtinio Žemės palydovo kosminiai vaizdai, kurie buvo atsisiųsti iš Europos kosmoso agentūros. Tyrimui atlikti panaudoti duomenys apdoroti ArcGIS programine įranga. Panaudota debesų technologijomis paremta LandViewerpriemonė, kuri yra paremta GIS technologijomis. Pasirinkta, nes patogu stebėti žemės paviršiaus pokyčius, nuolat atsinaujina kosminių vaizdų katalogas, yra sukurti įvairūsįrankiai, kurie skirti realiu laiku stebėti ir atlikti nuotolinio stebėjimo duomenų vertinimą. Atliekami valdomasis ir nevaldomasis klasifikavimai, naudojant ArcGIS programinę įrangą, bandyta išsiaiškinti konkrečius apleistų žemių plotus. Tyrimo rezultatai pateikiami vizualine išraiška ir diagramomis.	en_US
