dc.description	Ultraviolet (UV) rays are a major external environmental factor that promotes premature skin aging. UV radiation, when illuminating the skin, causes deep skin lesions, pigment spots, wrinkles, the reduction of the level of moisture in the skin, the development of the capillary network, and the loss of the resiliency and elasticity of the skin. It is not possible to stop the genetic aging of the skin; however, it is possible to slow the premature aging of the skin by avoiding UV rays and using cosmetic products that contain sunscreens, retinol, fruit acids and antioxidants. Objective of the research: To reveal the opinion of women about the effect of cosmetic products and procedures on solving the problems of photoaging skin. The results of the research showed that women living in the seaside region sunbathe more and less often visit cosmetologists in order to correct the signs of photoaging skin than the women who live in other regions of Lithuania. Also, the research revealed that women living in the seaside region are insufficiently informed about the cosmetic products recommended for photoaging skin. Most women in the seaside region choose cosmetic products with hyaluronic acid for skin care, while cosmetic products with vitamin C are most often chosen in other regions of Lithuania. It can be concluded that this choice of cosmetic products is related to the fact that most of the respondents from the seaside find information on cosmetic products on the Internet, while respondents living in other regions learn it from their beauticians. The opinion of women in both regions coincided that the most effective cosmetic procedure for correcting photoaging skin is the procedure including the use of fruit acids.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Ultravioletiniai spinduliai yra pagrindinė išorinė aplinkos sąlyga, skatinanti priešlaikinį odos senėjimą. Apšvietus odą UV spinduliais yra sukeliami gilūs odos pažeidimai, atsiranda pigmentinės dėmes, pradeda ryškėti raukšlės, sumažėja drėgmės kiekis odoje, išryškėja kapiliarų tinklas, oda praranda stangrumą ir elastingumą. Genetinio odos senėjimo sustabdyti neįmanoma, tačiau galima sulėtinti priešlaikinį odos senėjimą, vengiant UV spindulių, bei naudojant kosmetines priemones, kurių sudėtyje yra apsauginių saulės filtrų, retinolio, vaisių rūgščių ir antioksidantų. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti moterų nuomonę apie kosmetinių priemonių ir procedūrų poveikį sprendžiant fotosenstančios odos problemas. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad moterys gyvenančios pajūrio regione saulėje deginasi daugiau ir rečiau lankosi pas kosmetologus, norėdamos koreguoti fotosenstančios odos požymius, nei moterys, gyvenančios kituose Lietuvos regionuose. Taip pat, tyrimas atskleidė, kad moterys, gyvenančios pajūrio regione, yra per mažai informuotos apie fotosenstančiai odai rekomenduojamas kosmetines priemones. Dauguma moterų pajūrio regione fotosenstančios odos priežiūrai renkasi kosmetinės priemonės su hialurono rūgštimi, o moterys kituose Lietuvos regionuose – kosmetines priemones su vitaminu C. Galima daryti išvadą, kad toks kosmetinių priemonių pasirinkimas yra susijęs su tuo, kad didžioji dalis respondenčių iš pajūrio informaciją apie kosmetines priemones sužino iš interneto, o respondentės, gyvenančios kituose regionuose – iš kosmetologo. Moterų nuomonė abiejuose regionuose sutapo, kad veiksmingiausia kosmetologinė procedūra, koreguojanti fotosenstančią odą, yra procedūra su vaisių rūgštimis.	en_US
