dc.description.abstract Lietuvos aklųjų ir silpnaregių sąjungos duomenimis (toliau – LASS) 2017 metais Lietuvoje buvo 5909 regėjimo sutrikimų turinčių asmenų. Regėjimo negalią ar stiprius sutrikimus turintiems žmonėms reikalinga pagalba tam, kad jie galėtų pasirūpinti savimi, užsiimtų kasdieninėmis veiklomis ir savarankiškai gyventų visuomenėje. Socialinių paslaugų teikimas regos negalią turintiems asmenims yra vienas svarbiausių dalykų siekiant, kad negalią turintis asmuo integruotųsi į visuomenę ir gyventų pilnavertišką gyvenimą (LR Socialinių paslaugų įstatymas Nr.
