dc.description	Even though dentistry in Lithuania, in terms of human and technological resources, is as developed as in other economically strong European countries, our country still needs to solve an issue of an accessibility of dental hygienist services. A sickness rate of dental diseases is not falling but keeps on growing. Extremely poor situation is noticeable in small rural regions of Lithuania, therefore Pakruojis city was chosen for this study.
