dc.description	Description of the (professional BA thesis) - Increasing competition between companies, stricter quality requirements for services or products, technological advances and consequent business changes lead to a customer's free choice of what product or service to buy. The goal of most companies is to attract as many users as possible and offer them the best product or service. This work will discuss quality of service and measures to improve it. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - What aspects of the services offered by basketball school Žalgiris do not satisfy the parents of the girls? The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - Research on the satisfaction of the services provided by the parents of the girls of Kaunas basketball school Žalgiris. Methods of the (professional BA thesis):  Scientific analysis of literature sources on the quality of services.  Quantitative study of SERVQUAL methodology.  Analysis of the results obtained The structure – The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes scientific literature sources, which reveals the theoretical concept of service quality. There is also an analysis of service quality assessment models. The analytical part presents a study that reveals the quality of the services provided by basketball school „Žalgiris“ in terms of girls parents. In the project part, taking into account the analysis of the research, proposals for improving the quality of services are presented. The results/conclusions - The overall satisfaction of the parents with the services provided is satisfactory.	en
dc.description.abstract	Lietuvoje yra kultivuojama daug sporto šakų. Nors Lietuva yra maža valstybė, tačiau turi gerų sportininkų, kurie garsina ją įvairiose sporto šakose. Vis dėl to, krepšinis nuo pat atsiradimo iki dabar išlieka populiariausia sporto šaka. Krepšinio mokyklos yra viena iš alternatyvų užtikrinti vaikų fizinį aktyvumą. Šiuolaikiniai sporto paslaugų vartotojai turi didelę pasiūlą, tačiau organizacijų teikiamų paslaugų kokybė yra skirtinga. Siekiant išsiaiškinti teikiamų paslaugų kokybę yra tikslinga atlikti tyrimą.	en_US
