dc.description In the final thesis is analyzed sponsoring in esports. Esports is video games competitions with professional esports players. There are a lot of different meanings and concepts of esports definitions and a lot of discussions about esports as a traditional sport, but according to statistics and based on statistics of esports spectators, athletes and events it is obvious that this industry growing really fast. Because of the growing number of esports teams attraction of sponsors is really relevant. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis)- sponsorship attraction to the esports. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – after analysis of theoretical sports sponsorship aspects and after empirical research suggest sponsorship proposal for „Žalgiris“ esports team. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): 1. To do an analysis of the literature about the attraction of sponsorship in sports. 2. To set main highlights of esports industry. 3. To do research which sets the main benefits of esports sponsoring. 4. To prepare recommendations for sponsorship proposal which could help to attract sponsors to esports team. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – literature anlyzis, qualitative research, guidelines preparation for a sponsorship proposal. The structure: theoretical part involves aspects of commercial activities, analytical part involves qualitative research about sponsoring of esports, the project part involves the strategy of sponsors attraction. The results/conclusions: 1. Based on similar features esports can be compared with traditional sports. 2. Main differences of esport are different video games published by different publishers with a different storyline and controling; target audience of esports industry; rapid growing of esports industry; different market segment which carry esports profit. 3. The biggest benefits of sponsoring esports are: reaching the target audience, increasing brand awareness, growing sales promotion. 4. Prepared guidelines for sponsorship proposal based on the theoretical part of BA thesis and results of qualitative research. en
dc.description.abstract Baigiamajame darbe analizuojamas rėmimas esporte. Esportas yra vaizdo žaidimų varžybos, kurio metu varžosi profesionalūs esportininkai. Esportas kaip reiškinys atsirado apytiksliai prieš penkiasdešimt metų, tad galima surasti daug skirtingų šios sąvokos aiškinimų ir diskusijų apie esporto kaip sporto pripažinimą, bet remiantis statistika galima teigti, jog esporto industrija sparčiai auga tiek tarp stebėtojų, tiek tarp atletų ar augančiu organizuojamų varžybų skaičiumi, tad esporto komandoms vis aktualesnis yra esporto rėmimas. en_US
