dc.description	In this work there are given hotel and services that hotoel provides. Analysis and evaluation of these services, as well as being explained what are the services that hotel provides, catering services and their types, hotel guests as well as guests needs. The relevance of this work is proven according to (Clayton W. Barrows, Tom Powers, and Dennis Reynolds, 2016) the subject is worth exploring because hotels market is always growing and expanding, there are a lot of hotels who provide same type of services or a bit similar ones. Although one of the main provided by the hotel services is catering services “production” is done in the place where the services are being provided, that is why it is very important not only to attract new ideas of catering services in this market but also at the same time to make new and better ones that would be useful for the hotel and most importantly for the guest. In order to save existing market positions and in the future to compete with new hotels and their provided services, the necessity to perform active loyalty program and politics, which aim would be not only to keep regular and old clients but also to attract new clients and monitor their reviews about provided catering services in order to improve them. The aim – after analyzing hotel catering services to give suggestions for services improvement. The objectives: 1. To analyse the concept of hotel catering services and their evaluation 2. To evaluate four star hotel “Europa Royale Kaunas Hotel“ catering services 3. To provide suggestions for catering services improvements. Methods of work – Scientific literature and other sources of information analysis, survey SSGG analysis. The thesisis is made of three chapters. In the first chapter scientific literature about hotel catering services is analyzed. In the second chapter company’s work and activities (catering services organization in the hotel, catering services evaluation, monitoring and results of the survey is analyzed. In the third chapter company’s work/ activities improvements are provided. The results- results of the work are suummarised in brief and the main conclusions of the work are presented.	en
dc.description.abstract	Šiame darbe pateikta viešbučio ir jo teikiamų paslaugų analizė, vertinimas, aiškinamasi, kokios yra viešbučio teikiamos paslaugos, maitinimo paslaugos maitinimo paslaugų tipai, viešbučio svečiai, bei svečių poreikiai. Temos naujumas ir aktualumas: remiantis (Clayton W. Barrows, Tom Powers, Dennis Reynolds, 2016), tema yra aktuali nagrinėti, kadangi viešbučių rinka pasaulyje yra nuolat auganti, yra daugybė viešbučių kurie teikia panašias ar net tas pačias paslaugas, nors viešbučių viena iš pagrindinių paslaugų yra teikti maitinimo paslaugas, „gamyba“ yra atliekama toje pačioje vietoje kur ir siūlomos paslaugos, todėl yra labai svarbu ne tik pritraukti naujų idėjų maitinimo paslaugų teikimo rinkoje, bet ir tuo pačiu sukurti naujas, tobulesnes, kurios būtų naudingos tiek viešbučiui, tiek klientui. Siekiant išsaugoti turimas rinkos pozicijas ir ateityje konkuruoti su naujai atsiradusiais viešbučiais ir jų teikiamomis paslaugomis, atsiranda būtinybė vykdyti aktyvią lojalumo politiką, kurios tikslas ne tik išsaugoti senus klientus ir pritraukti naujus, bet ir stebėti klientų atsiliepimus apie teikiamas maitinimo paslaugas, jas gerinti bei tobulinti.	en_US
