dc.description	The aim of the study. To reveal patiens‘ quality of life changes before and after aesthetic dental restaurations. Research tasks: 1. Theoretically describe what is quality of life; 2. Describe aesthetic dental restaurations and their indications; 3. To reveal aesthetic dental restaurations importance for quality of life; 4. To compare patients’ quality of life changes before and after aesthetic dental restaurations. Research metods. Anonymous survey online, which was made from 17 questions. For statistical analysis of data was used ,,Microsoft Excel 2010“ program. Research results. Research results showed, that aesthetic dental restaurations have positive impact for general quality of life. Almost a half respondents indicated that before aesthetic dental restaurations they evaluated their smiles just satisfactory, but the most respondents after aesthetic dental restaurations evaluated their smiles very well. The most respondents, before aesthetical dental restaurations, evaluated their quality of life 4 points, but after aesthetical dental restaurations, more than a quarter respondents evaluated their quality of life 10 points. Research conclusions. Aesthetic dental restaurations have direct impact for quality of life. Research results shows, that after aesthetic dental restaurations quality of life get better almost twice.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Tyrimu buvo siekiama atskleisti pacientų gyvenimo kokybės kaitą prieš ir po estetinių dantų restauracijų. Iškeltais tyrimo uždaviniai aprašoma gyvenimo kokybės samprata, estetinės dantų restauracijos ir jų indikacijos, atskleidžiama estetinių dantų restauracijų svarba gyvenimo kokybei, palyginta pacientų gyvenimo kokybės kaita prieš ir po estetinių dantų restauracijų. Tyrime dalyvavo 102 respondentai: 80 moterų ir 22 vyrai. Atlikta anoniminė apklausa internetinėje erdvėje, kurią sudarė 17 klausimų.Atlikus tyrimą ir išanalizavus rezultatus, pastebėta, kad dauguma respondentų pripažino, kad po estetinių dantų restauracijų jie labiau pasitiki savimi, teigiamiau vertina savo šypsenos išvaizdą. Prieš estetines restauracijas, dauguma tyrimo dalyvių savo gyvenimo kokybę dešimtbalėje skalėje vertino 4 balais, bet po estetinių dantų restauracijų daugiau nei ketvirtadalis tiriamųjų savo gyvenimo kokybę įvertino 10 balų. Remiantis šiais duomenimis galime teigti, kad estetinės dantų restauracijos turi tiesioginį poveikį apklaustųjų gyvenimo kokybei.	en_US
