dc.description	Research is composed of introduction, two expositions sections – theorical and practical parts, witch are followed by conclusion section and list of references. The aim of this study is to determine the dependence of dental prostheses on the implant fracture on the anatomical shape of the tooth. 1. Describe the materials used for prosthetic on implants. 2. Using the Zwick Roell Testing Device to compare the anatomical 3 shape of different materials, Dependence of the anatomical shape of the molar tooth on the implant fracture. This final work is about dentures on implants, divided into two types: 1. Dental occlusion with tripodisation. 2. Dental occlusion with large area occlusion points. In the practical work, 24 dentures: 4 cement-retained and 20 screw-retained implant restorations. Dentures were made on implants from different materials: zirconium and pressed e.max ceramics, zirconium with laminated ceramics, full zirconia crown. There are also 4 cement-retained prostheses made of zirconium with a secondary zirconium copings and pressed e.max ceramics, and zirconium with pressed e.max ceramics.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, dvi dėstymo dalys – teorinė ir praktinė, išvados bei literatūro šaltinių sąrašas. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – nustayti dantų protezų ant implantų lūžio priklausomybę nuo danties anatominės formos. Aprašyti protezavimui ant implantų naudojamas medžiagas. Naudojant ,,Zwick Roell’’ testavimo įrenginį palyginti skirtingų medžiagų, krūminio danties ant implantų lūžio priklausomybė nuo anatominės formos. Šis baigiamasis darbas yra apie dantų protezus ant implantų, kurie suskirstyti į du tipus: 1. Danties okliuzija su tripodizacija. 2. Danties okliuzija su didelio ploto okliuziniais taškais. Praktikiniame darbe buvo pagaminta 24 dantų protezų ant implanų iš skirtingų medžiagų: cirkonio ir presuotas e.max keramikos, cirkonio ir sluoksniuotos keramikos apdailos, pilno kontūro cirkonio, pilno kontūro e.max presuotos keramikos. Pagaminta po 2 išvardintų medžiagų prisukamus protezus: su taškiniais kontaktais (tripodizacija) ir po 2 su didelio ploto okliuziniais taškais. Taip pat 4 neprisukamus protezus, pagamintus iš frezuoto cirkonio su antriniu cirkonio gaubteliu ir e.max apdaila ir frezuoto cirkonio su e.max apdaila.	en_US
