dc.description Main finishing project point is to create a schematic program that can do specific types of work. Like the main one is to connect to the clients computer with remote desktop program and fix the problems that client is asking for. Also make a working place scheme where workers can work, what workers will work, what will they do and what will the main company network will look like. Nowadays, many IT companies are seeking to solve their customers’ problems quickly and efficiently. As technology develops, there are more ways to help the customer and solve his/her problems by remote desktop access. Thus, in order to meet the needs of a constantly rushing customer, it is appropriate to provide services remotely. This requires the creation of a private network that enables the company to connect to remote customer’s computer and provide remote services. Besides, in order to control the remote device there is no need to ask customer for a password, but only his/her acceptance and the turned on computer. The purpose of the paper - to integrate software that will enable to provide remote services on the network by means of security and to design workplaces of the company providing such services. The object of the paper - software for remote assistance services. The paper tasks: 1. To analyse software that allows providing remote services on network. 2. To provide requirements and architectural specifications for the software being developed. 3. To develop the software according to specifications and to design workplaces with the required equipment. 4. To present a project implementation plan with financial calculations of the resources. The results of the paper - developed software that smooths the work of company engineers in dealing with customer’s computer problems. This software creates remote access to the client computer and allows repair it. It ensures secure remote connection, without the engineers asking for login approvals, and informing the customer about the duration of the repair work and providing the contact details of the connected engineer and the problems being solved. In addition, there is financial and economical evaluated of workplaces of a company that provides services remotely. en
dc.description.abstract Pagrindinė baigiamojo darbo paskirtis yra integruoti schematiškai pačią programinę įrangą, kuri galėtų atlikti tam tikras funkcijas, pagrindinė yra prisijungti prie kliento kompiuterio nuotoliniu būdu. Taip pat parengti darbo vietos schemą, kur darbuotojai dirbs, kokie darbuotojai dirbs, ką jie darys ir kaip atrodys visas įmonės tinklas. Šiais laikais daugelis IT įmonių siekia operatyviai ir efektyviai spręsti klientams kylančias problemas. Technologijai tobulėjant, atsirado daugiau būdų, kaip galima padėti klientui ir išspręsti jo problemas nuotoliniu būdu. Taigi, siekiant geriau tenkinti nuolat skubančio kliento poreikius, tikslinga teikti nuotoliniu būdu paslaugas. Tam reikia sukurti privatų tinklą, jog įmonė galėtų dirbti ir lengviau susisiekti su klientais. Taip pat, sukurti sistemą, kuri leistų nuotoliniu būdu prisijungti prie kliento kompiuterio neprašant slaptažodžio, o tik kliento sutikimo bei įjungto jo kompiuterio. en_US
