dc.description	The final work consists of an introduction, which discusses the relevance of the work and explores the topic. The three parts of the instruction. The first part deals with the interpretation of the concept of a minor. The second part dealt with the protection of minors (witness and victim) survey features and their legal framework. The third - is Lithuania and Norway juvenile (witnesses), and the similarities and differences between the surveys. At the end of the seriousness of the findings of the work and shall be used in the literature.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, kuriame aptariamas darbo aktualumas ir nagrinėjama tema. Trys dėstymo dalys. Pirmoje dalyje aptariamas nepilnamečio sampratos išaiškinimas. Antroje dalyje nagrinėjami nepilnamečių (liudytojų ir nukentėjusiųjų) apklausos ypatumai bei jų teisinis reglamentavimas. Trečiame – Lietuvos ir Norvegijos nepilnamečių (liudytojų) apklausų panašumai bei skirtumai. Darbo pabaigoje padaromos išvados bei sudaromas naudotas literatūros šaltinių sąrašas.	en_US
