| dc.description | Thesis structure: the first theoretical part renders comprehensive study of human life from religious, medical and legal points of view. These concepts have been analysed in the light of the current Criminal Code, scientific literature and case-law. The second part provides general analysis of crimes with reference to case-law, own arguments and proposals. The third part examines the imposition and enforcement of sentences for crimes, studies problems associated with the imposition of sentences on the ground of Criminal Code, enforcement comment and law-case, etc., points out the existing problems and searches for possible solutions. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo struktūra: Pirmoje, teorinėje dalyje, teorinės analizės pagalba, darbe plačiai išanalizuota kas yra žmogaus gyvybė, tiek religiniu, medicininiu bei teisiniu pagrindu. Ši samprata pateikiama analizuojant šiuo metu galiojantį baudžiamąjį kodeksą (toliau darbe – BK), mokslinę literatūrą, teismų praktiką. Antroje dalyje pateikiama bendra nusikaltimų žmogaus gyvybei analizė, pritaikant teismų praktiką bei savo argumentus ir pasiūlymus. Trečioje, bakalaurinio darbo dalyje, pateikiamas bausmių skyrimas už nusikalstamas veikas žmogaus gyvybei, analizuojamos bausmių skyrimo problemos, remiantis BK, bausmių vykdymo komentaru ir kt. bei teismų praktika, keliamos problemos, ieškomi sprendimai. | en_US |
