dc.description	Thesis Structure: The work consists of three parts. The first part is the theoretical foundations of the image. It analyzes Lithuanian and foreign authors' scientific and journalistic literature on the issues of creating and managing the image, and emphasizes the significance of the image for the successful functioning of the organization. The second part is analytical. This part of the work deals with the description of the company, research methods. The interview and the questionnaire are prepared and presented. The results based on the company's manager, employees and clients opinion are analyzed in this part. In the third part, conclusions, solutions for the image improvement and recommendations, based on the results obtained during the research, are provided.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra: Darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmoji – įvaizdžio teoriniai pagrindai. Joje analizuojama Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinė ir publicistinė literatūra įvaizdžio kūrimo ir valdymo temomis, akcentuojama įvaizdžio reikšmė sėkmingam organizacijos funkcionavimui. Antroji dalis – analitinė. Šioje darbo dalyje apibūdinama įmonė, aptariami tyrimo metodai, sudaromi bei pristatomi interviu bei anketų klausimynai. Remiantis įmonės vadovo, darbuotojų bei klientų požiūriu analizuojami gauti rezultatai. Trečioje dalyje, tyrimo metu gautų rezultatų pagrindu, pateikiamos išvados, numatomi įvaizdžio gerinimo sprendimai, pateikiamos rekomendacijos.	en_US
