Darbo struktūra: baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, trys skyriai ir išvados bei pasiūlymai. Pirmasis skyrius – teorinė dalis, kurioje analizuojama darbuotojų kaitos samprata, įtakos turintys veiksniai bei darbuotojų kaitos pasekmės organizacijai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama organizacijos charakteristika, tyrimo metodika ir organizavimas, analizuojami tyrimo rezultatai. Trečiasis skyrius – projektinė dalis, kurioje pateikiami pasiūlymai darbuotojų kaitos mažinimui UAB „Scapa Baltic“.

In most cases staff turnover is considered to be a negative, costly phenomenon, which is absolutely necessary to reduce. Staff turnover in organizations may not only be harmful but also helpful. Therefore, the ability to balance between these effects may provide additional benefits. Employee turnover is due to various reasons, resulting from both the employee and the organization's actions. This work deals with salary, stress, motivation influence to employee turnover. Discussing about ways to maintain workers: application of the motivation, employee loyalty and others.
