| dc.description | The structure. The structure of the thesis consists of the object, the purpose and the tasks. Theoretical part of the thesis discusses personnel management, the essence of personnel search and selection, and the methods and phases of personnel selection. The analytical part presents the characteristics of UAB Omega activities, research methods, research results and analysis, generalization of research results. The project part of thesis includes concrete and substantiated performance improvement decisions based on the results obtained in the theoretical and analytical parts. The proposed organizational improvement options are based on economic calculations. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbo struktūra. Darbo struktūrą sudaro nagrinėjamas objektas, iškeltas tikslas ir uždaviniai. Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariamas personalo valdymas, personalo paieškos ir atrankos esmė bei personalo atrankų būdai ir etapai. Analitinėje dalyje pateikiama UAB „Omega“ veiklos charakteristika, tyrimo metodai, tyrimo rezultatai ir jų analizė, tyrimo rezultatų apibendrinimas.
