dc.description	Work structure. The structure of the work is defined by the object, the goal and tasks are set. In the theoretical part - analysis of recruitment and recruitment concepts, personnel planning, recruitment sources and their application, and the importance and methods of personnel selection. In the analytical part UAB Vežam the description of the company is given, the research methods are chosen. A questionnaire and an interview questionnaire are prepared for the study. They collect data and analyze the results of the research. The design part UAB Vežam provides suggestions based on the results of the theoretical and analytical part. The work is completed by formulating conclusions and making proposals to UAB Vežam.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra. Darbo struktūrą nusako objektas, iškeltas tikslas ir uždaviniai. Teorinėje dalyje - verbavimo ir personalo atrankos sampratų analizė, personalo planavimas, verbavimo šaltiniai ir jų taikymas bei personalo atrankos svarba ir metodai. Analitinėje dalyje UAB ,,Vežam“ pateikiamas įmonės apibūdinimas, parenkami tyrimo metodai. Tyrimui atlikti parengiama anketa ir interviu klausimynas. Jų pagalba renkami duomenys, analizuojami tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje UAB ,,Vežam“ pateikiami siūlymai remiantis teorinės ir analitinės dalies rezultatais. Darbas baigiamas formuluojant išvadas bei teikiant pasiūlymus įmonei UAB „Vežam“.	en_US
