| dc.description | The final thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part discusses the aspects of transportation and organization of parcels, identification of parcels and the negative impact of cargo transportation on the environment. The practical part of the work introduces the results of the company's activities, presents the company's logistic activity analysis, provides financial analysis and comparison with competitors, SWOT and PEST analysis, describes the legal acts under which the company operates. A qualitative study is conducted using a semi-structured interview to find out what the company's future plans and needs are for parcel delivery to Kaunas city center. The results of the study are presented. The third part presents the plan and alternatives proposed for the organization of the transportation of cargo to the limited CO2 emission areas in Kaunas city center. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Baigiamasis darbas susideda iš trijų dalių. Pirmoje darbo dalyje apibūdinami siuntų transportavimo ir organizavimo aspektai, siuntų identifikavimas ir Neigiamas krovinių transportavimo poveikis aplinkai. Antroje analitinėje dalyje analizuojama įmonės veikla, pateikiama įmonės logistoinės veiklos analizė, pateikiama finansinė analizė ir palyginimas su konkurentais, SSGG ir PEST analizės, aprašomi tesės aktai, pagal kuriuos įmonė vykdo veiklą. Atliekamas kokybinis tyrimas naudojant pusiau struktūrizuotą interviu siekiant išsiaiškinti kokie įmonės ateities planai ir poreikiai ateičiai dėl siuntų pristatymo į Kauno miesto centrą. Pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai. Trečioje dalyje pateikiamas krovinių transportavimo į riboto CO2 išmetimo zonas Kauno miesto centre organizavimo siūlomas planas ir alternatyvos. | en_US |
