dc.description	The theoretical part of the work analyzes cargo transportation and its organization. It discusses the importance of the transportation location in the logistics chain and the influence of workers on the transportation process. In the analytical part of the work, Autologistas UAB processes cargo transportation organization, qualitative and quantitative studies are also presented, the results of the data obtained are discussed and the main problems affecting the transportation process are identified. In the design part of the work, based on the theoretical and analytical parts of the results, concrete solutions of the company's problems are presented.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje darbo dalyje analizuojamas krovinių pervežimo veiklos darbo organizavimas. Aptariama transportavimo vietos, kelių ypatumai bei transporto procesų organizavimo svarba logistikos grandinėje. Analitinėje darbo dalyje nagrinėjami UAB „Autologistas“ krovinių pervežimo darbo organizavimo procesai, pristatomi su šiais procesais susiję kokybinis ir kiekybinis tyrimai, aptariami gauti duomenų rezultatai, bei nustatomos pagrindinės problemos, darančios įtaką procesui. Projektinėje darbo dalyje, remiantis teorinės ir analitinės dalių rezultatais, pateikiami konkretūs įmonės darbo procese iškylančių problemų sprendimo būdai.	en_US
