dc.description	This paper presents a brief history of the company, management structure, activities, competitive environment, analysis of economic activity using publicly available and information provided by the company. In general, the logistics processes of the company, warehouse activity, used for information technology process management, were discussed. A stock-holding performance optimization survey was conducted. Effective management of the warehouse can significantly improve the company's economic performance. The processes in the warehouse affect the activities of the company such as: cost minimization of stock keeping, timely fulfillment of orders, customer loyalty formation. This work theme helps to assess the company's economic indicators and to provide proposals for improvement of the company's warehouse, taking into account the changing market situation, systematizing and controlling the information flows, analyzing the problematic situations of the company's business and providing alternatives to improvement of business with their economic assessment, and applying information technologies in warehouse management. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - What measures can optimize the stock company "Mobiliųjų telefonų techninis centras" warehouse activity? The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - Having analyzed the management of the stock warehouse of UAB "Mobiliųjų telefonų techninis centras", to submit proposals for optimization of the warehouse's operations. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): Kaunas FEZ UAB "Mobiliųjų telefonų techninis centras" warehouse activity. Methods of the (professional BA thesis): scientific literature analysis, graphical analysis, qualitative research method. The structure: The first part of the work analyzes the theoretical aspects of logistics, distinguishing the concept of logistics, functional areas of the logistic system, warehouse activity, its management and operational optimization possibilities, information systems. In the second part of the work the analysis of activity of UAB "Mobiliųjų telefonų techninis centras" was carried out. The company's economic activity and SWOT analysis are presented. The research is presented and the results obtained during the study are analyzed. The project part presents the research results and suggestions for optimization of the warehouse activity. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are presented. The results: After analyzing the operation of the Stock Warehouse of UAB “Mobiliųjų telefonų techninis centras”, it became clear that in order to optimize the operations of the warehouse, it is first necessary to implement a new management system "Microsoft AX". This system specifies the storage location of the inventory, thus shortening the time of acceptance of new consignments, inventory placement, distribution of goods and order picking. Turnover doubling and streamlining the warehouse operations requires an additional 3 employees in stead of 7 at the warehouse. After calculating the payback of the system using only stocks inventory department, the system's return is expected to be less than 8 years.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo pirmoje dalyje analizuojami teoriniai logistikos aspektai, išskiriant logistikos sampratą, logistinės sistemos funkcines sritis, sandėlio veiklą, jo valdymą ir veiklos optimizavimo galimybes, informacines sistemas. Antroje darbo dalyje atlikta UAB ,,Mobiliųjų telefonų techninis centras“ veiklos analizė. Pateikta įmonės ekonominė veiklos ir SSGG analizė. Pristatomas tyrimas ir išanalizuojami tyrimo metu gauti rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai ir siūlymai sandėlio veiklos optimizavimui.	en_US
