dc.description	The importance of the research. The need for professionals who work with the family, who experiencing social risk is high in Lithuania, there are still many families who need help. In social work, one of the professionals helping the family, who experiences social risk is a case manager. Considering that the case manager's problems are directly related to providing quality assistance to the client the thesis deals with the problems faced by a case manager in providing support to a family who experiencing social risk. To improve the solutions for case manager’s problems, the research on the problems of a case manager providing to services for the families at social risk, was carried out. The aim of the research. Identify the problems of a case manager in providing support for a family experiencing social risk. The subject matter of the research. Problems encountered by the case manager assistance for a family at a social risk. The research question. What are the problems faced by a case manager in providing support to a family experiencing social risk? The investigation method. Quantitative research, non-probable, targeted, convenient selection of subjects was performed. 30 managers working in social assistance centres with a family experiencing a social risk were interviewed. The conclusions of the investigation. The results of the research revealed that most of the respondents encounter problems with the denial of existing problems of clients and lack of information about family when making contact with family. The case managers involved in the survey are most likely to experience problems in providing support to families in the municipality and pooling providers. Research data showed that a quarter of respondents were experiencing a lack of teamwork. A quarter of respondents experience problems in collaboration with educational institutions and health care professionals. By pooling service providers, half of the respondents experience problems of involving professionals in the family support process. The respondents, while coordinating activities of social workers, most often experience problems when social workers are not acquainted with the new working procedure.	en
dc.description.abstract	Poreikis specialistų dirbančių su šeima, patiriančia socialinę riziką poreikis yra didelis Lietuvoje, šalyje vis dar yra daug šeimų, kurioms reikia pagalbos. Socialiniame darbe vienas iš specialistų, kuris teikia pagalbą šeimai, patiriančiai socialinę riziką yra atvejo vadybininkas. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad atvejo vadybininko problemos yra tiesiogiai susijusios su kokybišku pagalbos teikimu klientui, darbe yra nagrinėjamos atvejo vadybininko patiriamos problemos teikiant pagalbą šeimai, kuri patiria socialinę riziką. Siekiant pagerinti atvejo vadybininko patiriamų problemų sprendimus, buvo atliktas tyrimas apie atvejo vadybininko patiriamas problemas, teikiant pagalbą šeimai, patiriančiai socialinę riziką	en_US
