dc.description The objective of research. To develop semi-solid dosage forms – ointment with the Greek mountain grass oil extraction technology and to evaluate pH values, sensory properties and effects. Research tasks: 1. Analyze skin structure, functions, inflammatory diseases in the skin and anti- inflammatory medicinal herbs. 2. After reviewing scientific literature, create three different ointment compositions with natural materials and model production technology. 3. Conduct qualitative and organoleptic studies on manufactured preparations. 4. Find the effectiveness of the active compounds of the ointment on human skin. Methodology. In this work analysis of scientific literature was carried out, the production technology was developed for three innovative ointments with the Greek mountain grass oil extract, but with different base materials, the experiments of the quality of the creams produced were determined during the experimental work: determination of pH values, impact study and investigation of sensory properties. Results. The study found that all respondents had used ointments, most respondents used semi-solid forms of anti-inflammatory and analgesic skin. Also, most respondents pay a lot of attention to their price when buying ointments. All respondents prefer to choose light consistency ointments. Respondents liked the sample No. 2, which had a pleasant smell. Therefore, can be said that respondents are choosing ointments also according to the scent. When testing the pH of the prepared samples, it was found that all samples produced were suitable for use on the skin. By examining the effect of the produced samples, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, itch-suppressing effects of the samples were observed. Conclusion. Based on the examined literature, can be said that skin is a protection against the negative effects of environmental factors. It has been observed that most skin diseases are inflammatory. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, three compositions of ointments have been created, the components of which are plant-based materials. Medicinal plants are selected for their pharmacological effects. For the treatment of three different types of ointments, pain and inflammation in the skin has been subjected to a pH study, which has shown that the grease produced on the skin does not damage the skin structure. The sensory properties study showed that respondents liked the smell of the ointment No.2 , skin, color and absorption. en_US
Darbo apimtis 47 puslapiai. 45 literatūros šaltiniai. en_US
