dc.description	The thesis examines the quarters of the State Forest Enterprise Ukmergė subdivision to the georeferential base of the Ukmergė subdivision and the boundaries of cadastral plot overlapping with the quarterly network and the related issues of geodatabase management. Theoretically, the georeferential basis cadastre of forests, geodetic measurements of forest land plots, spatial data, related legal acts, scientific articles and other literature sources are analyzed. The research is carried out by processing the geographic data of the State Forest Enterprise of Ukmergė Regional Unit, digitizing them and transferring them to databases and analyzing the differences between the data of cadastral measurements of state forest plots and the georeferential basis of forests. Differences in distances between cadastral measurements of state forest plots and georeferenced forests are determined. During the research it was found that surveyors had not taken into account the instructions for the accomplishment of forest management works in all cases. The average discrepancy between the cadastral parcel boundary and geodesically measured the same quarter is 4.37m. 16 cases out of 19 should be translated. The inaccuracies were probably due to the fact that during the measurements the devices were not constructed at the intersection of the axial lines, or the width of the project lines was not accurately measured. Due to the fact that measurements were carried out in the forest, the impact on the accuracy of the measurements may have been the seasons and / or lack of experience of those who carried out the measurements during such work.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėtas VĮ Valstybinių miškų urėdijos Ukmergės padalinio georeferenciniame pagrinde esančių kvartalinių ir su kvartalinių tinklu sutampančių kadastrinių valdų kraštinių atitikimas georefenciniam pagrindui ir su tuo susijusios geoduomenų bazių tvarkymo problemos. Teoriškai analizuojami miškų georeferencinio pagrindo kadastras, miško valdų sklypų geodeziniai matavimai, erdviniai duomenys, su tuo susiję teisės aktai, moksliniai straipsniai ir kiti literatūros šaltiniai. Pateikiamas atliktas tyrimas tvarkant VĮ Valstybinių Miškų urėdijos Ukmergės regioninio padalinio geografinius duomenis, skaitmeninant juos ir perkeliant į duomenų bazes ir analizuojant valstybinių miškų sklypų kadastrinių matavimų duomenų ir miškų georeferencinio pagrindo nesutapimus. Nustatomi valstybinių miškų sklypų kadastrinių matavimų ir miškų georeferencinio pagrindo nesutapimų atstumų skirtumai. Tyrimo metu nustatyta, jog asmenys, matavę miškų kvartalinių tinklą, ne visais atvejais atsižvelgė į miškotvarkos darbų vykdymo instrukciją. Vidutinis neatitikimas tarp kadastrinių sklypų ribos einančios kvartaline ir geodeziškai pamatuotos tos pačios kvartalinės yra 4,37m. 16 atvejų iš 19 reikėtų permatuoti. Klaidos atsirado galimai dėl to, kad matavimų metu prietaisai buvo statomi ne ašinių linijų sankirtoje, ar netiksliai išmatuotas projektinių linijų plotis. Paklaidoms įtakos galėjo turėti ir tai, jog matavimai buvo atliekami miške, įtakos galėjo turėti metų laikai ir/ar matavimus atlikusių asmenų patirties, atliekant tokius darbus, stoka.	en_US
