dc.description Work relevance: low back pain is the leading cause of long term disability worldwi-de.1 The lifetime incidence of low back pain is 58-84%,2 and 11% of men and 16% of women have chronic low back pain. More than 30% of people still have clinically significant symptoms after a year after onset of sciatica. The aim of research work: to determine the effect of different spinal stabilization exercises for pain, function and quality of life, on persons with chronic, non-specific, lower back pain. Tasks of work: 1. To assess the intensity of lower back pain, lumbar spine function and quality of life , on persons with chronic, non-specific, lower back pain before and after physiotherapy using stabili-zation exercises with pilates roller. 2. To assess the intensity of lower back pain, lumbar spine function and quality of life , on persons with chronic, non-specific, lower back pain before and after physiotherapy using stabili-zation exercises with stabilizer pressure biofeedback. 3. To compare the effect of different stabilization exercises for pain, lumbar spine function, and quality on persons with chronic, non-specific, lower back pain. Materials and methods: the subjects were selected according to the criteria and evaluated before and after the Physiotherapy program, which lasted 4 weeks. Physiotherapy treatments were individual and took place twice a week, after 60 minutes. In total there were 8 classes for each group. Stabilization exercises with stabilizer pressure biofeedback were applied to one group, stabilization exercises with a pilates roller for another group. Results: analyzing the results, it was found that the pain in the pilates group de-creased from 3.4 ± 1.3 points to 1.3 ± 1.1 points and in the stabilizer pressure biofeedback group from 2.9 ± 1.3 points to 1.4 points. ± 1.2 points and this is a statistically significant (p <0.05) im-provement. The results of the AND mobility test in the pilates roller group improved from 20.1 ± 0.3 cm. up to 21.5 ± 0.8 cm and the stabilizer pressure biofeedback from 20.2 ± 0.6 cm. up to 20.6 ± 0.4 and a significant change between the groups. The results of the AND endurance test in the roller group improved from 115.6 ± 72.1 seconds to 148.9 ± 63.9 seconds, and the stabili-zer pressure biofeedback from 110.9 ± 66.9 seconds. to 145.9 ± 59.7 sec. and these results are statistically significant (p <0.05). Also, comparing the results before and after the physiotherapy program in the groups, statistically significant (p <0.05) improvement of participants' functional status and quality of life was determined. Conclusions: 1. Stabilization exercises with pilates roller reduce the intensity of lower back pain, improve lumbar spine function and quality of life on persons with chronic, non-specific, lower back pain. 2. Stabilization exercises with stabilizer pressure biofeedback reduce the intensity of lower back pain, improve lumbar spine function and quality of life on persons with chronic, non-specific, lower back pain. 3. Comparing the effect of different stabilization exercises on pain, partial function of lumbar spine and quality of life on persons with chronic, non-specific, lower back pain, exercises with pilates rolls are statistically more significant than exercises with stabilizer pressure bio-feedback. en_US
