dc.description	The relevance of the research topic: In Lithuania radiological procedures can only be performed by radiologist and radiology technicians. However, there are not enough professionals because of insufficient funding and the increasing emigration. A modern, often chaotic society changes the attitude towards the employee and his motivation, because the success of the organization depends on the employees working in it, therefore it is important to find out what factors motivate the employees to perform their work qualitatively (Adomaitytė, Girdvainytė, Martinkienė, 2016). The topic of employee motivation is quite relevant and a lot of research has been done, but the motivation of the professional activity of radiology technicians is studied too little, which is what led me to investigate the motivation factors of the professional activity of radiology technicians. The aim of the research – to analyse motivation factors in the professional activity of radiology technicians. Objectives of the research: 1. Theoretically explain the essence of professional motivation and the peculiarities of professional activities of radiology technicians. 2. To find out external factors that determine the motivation of radiology technicians for professional activities. 3. To identify internal factors that determine the motivation of radiology technicians for professional activities. Research methodology: theoretical part of the study is based on the analysis of scientific literature, and the empirical part of the study presents the results of qualitative research. Research results and conclusion: The analysis of motivation factors reveals a strong interaction between internal and external motivation factors. The results of the study revealed that external factors motivating radiology technicians for professional activities are: well-being in the work environment, safe working conditions, friendly colleagues, well-distributed workload, salary, manager's ability to manage, communicate, provide professional help. Internal factors motivating radiology technicians for professional activities are: self-realization, opportunity to improve and the satisfaction that work provides	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinė darbo dalis paremta mokslinės literatūros analize, empirinei daliai pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimo metodas (duomenų rinkimas pusiau struktūruotu interviu metodu). Duomenų analizės metodas – turinio analizė. Darbo tikslas – atskleisti radiologijos technologų profesinės veiklos motyvacijos veiksnius. Uždaviniai: 1. Teoriškai paaiškinti profesinės veiklos motyvacijos esmę ir radiologijos technologų profesinės veiklos ypatumus. 2. Nustatyti išorinius veiksnius, sąlygojančius radiologijos technologų motyvaciją profesinei veiklai. 3. Identifikuoti vidinius veiksnius, sąlygojančius radiologijos technologų motyvaciją profesinei veiklai. Rezultatai ir išvados: Motyvacijos veiksnių analizė atskleidžia tamprią sąveiką tarp vidinių ir išorinių motyvavimo veiksnių. Išnagrinėjus gautus tyrimo rezultatus paaiškėjo, kad išoriniai veiksniai, motyvuojantys radiologijos technologus profesinei veiklai, yra: puiki darbinė aplinka, saugios darbo sąlygos, geranoriškas kolektyvas, tinkamai paskirstytas darbo krūvis, darbo užmokestis, vadovo gebėjimas vadovauti, bendrauti bei teikti profesinę pagalbą. Vidiniai veiksniai, skatinantys tyrimo dalyvius profesinei veiklai: savirealizacija, galimybė tobulėti profesinėje srityje ir dirbti darbą, kuris teikia pasitenkinimą.	en_US
