dc.description	The objective of the professional Bachelor’s thesis is to prepare the production technology for the kitchen furniture set Upė. The thesis consists of the theoretical part, the review of the information sources, the technological part, the research, the economic part, the occupational safety and the project parts. The company’s profile, its technological and organisational disadvantages are presented in the thesis. In addition, the review of available information sources, the description of the kitchen furniture set, its structure, purpose, construction, materials, invoices, registers and economic calculations are provided. In conclusion, the issues occurring during the production process and solutions are described. The aim of the thesis is to improve technological process, introduce new equipment into the technological process, which in turn will assure furniture quality, speed and flexibility. The research part of the thesis deals with the organisation of the production including optimisation of the entire process, starting from communication with the client and ending to the launch of the kitchen furniture set project into the production. The outcomes of the thesis. Kitchen furniture set has been designed, detailed technical drawings of cabinets, sections and units have been prepared, calculations have been carried out, production process has been improved, and workshop plan has been provided. In the economic part, the prime cost of the product has been calculated taking into account the equipment used, other costs and categories of employees.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas: paruošti virtuvinių baldų komplekto „Upė“ dalies gamybos technologiją. Darbas susideda iš bendrosios dalies, informacijos šaltinių apžvalgos, technologinės dalies, tiriamosios dalies, ekonominės, žmogaus saugos bei konstrukcinės, tai svarbiausios darbo dalys kuriose aprašoma įmonė, jos trūkumai tiek technologiniai, tiek organizaciniai. Apžvelgiami visi informacijos šaltiniai, aprašoma virtuvės baldų komplekto dalis, jo sudėtis, paskirtis, konstrukcija, medţiagos ir sudaromi ţiniaraščiai bei atliekami skaičiavimai. Aprašomos gamyboje iškilusios problemos, pasiūlomas jų sprendimo būdas. Darbo problema, tai technologinio proceso patobulinimas, naujo įrengimo įvedimas į procesą, geresnės baldų kokybės užtikrinimas, spartumas ir lankstumas su nauju įrengimu. Tiriamoji dalis- organizacinė, apima viso proceso eigos optimizavimą, nuo bendravimo su klientu iki gaminio projekto atidavimo į gamybą. Suprojektuoti virtuvės baldai, nubraižyti detalūs brėžiniai, jų pjūviai bei mazgai, detalizuotos spintelės, išskaičiavus detalių gabaritinius matmenis atlikti skaičiavimai, patobulintas gamybos technologinis procesas, nubraižytas cecho planas; Ekonominėje dalyje apskaičiuota gaminio savikaina, labai tiksliai, atsižvelgiant į naudojamus įrengimus, įvairias sąnaudas bei darbuotojų kategorijas.	en_US
