dc.description	During an internship in the company “Novameta” I have noticed an issue - the shortcoming of the communication system. For that reason, the company encounters losses, such as 'inefficient time' and 'frozen resources'. The processes of production and communication within several working locations are slow, inaccurate and inconvenient; to be more specific, the accounting of produced details is slow, inaccurate and inconvenient. Given the large amount of different details, the accountings errors often occurs. That is those details that are being produced in the production department and then stored in the warehouse. The details are being used based on the need by other working places like 'Surinkimo linija 1', 'Surinkimo linija 2'. It is worth mentioning that different details are being used in different working locations and the usage of details is unpredictable. The issue is that accounting of the details is being perfomed by the employees, who observes the details in the warehouse and uses laminated cards (Kanban) for ordering the needed details. The cards of the needed details are being collected and transmitted to the program creation department. Then, the programmers for that order are creating the production programs and the plans of raw material suppy. Those plans are being realized depending on the workload.The whole process is slow and there is a high opportunity that using this methodology an error will occur. In my opinion, the unnecesary and process-slowering workloand of the employee should be eliminated from the factory. This issue has a financial demage for the company, as well as it might have the reputational demage. My solution is an automated informative accounting system. It is meant for tracking the amount of the details in the warehouse and for the decreasing the workloand of the employees. The system would operate using information stored in the server that is easy to reach.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Atlikdamas praktiką įmonėje ”Novameta”, pastebėjau problemą - tai komunikacijos sistemos trūkumas. Dėl to įmonė patiria nuostolių, tokių kaip “laiko švaisytmas” arba “įšaldyti resursai”. Gamybos ir jos komunikacijos procesai, tarp skirtingų darbo vietų, yra lėti, netikslūs ir nepatogūs, o detalių apskaita yra lėta, netiksli ir nepatogi. Dėl didelio kiekio skirtingų detalių, dažnai nutinka klaidos jų apskaitoje. Tai detalės, kurios gaminamos “gamybos” skyriuje ir yra sandeliuojamos lentynoje. Detales pagal poreikį naudoja kitos darbo vietos pavyzdžiui: “Surinkimo linija1”, “Surinkimo linija2”. Svarbu paminėti, kad skirtingos detalės naudojamos atskirose darbo vietose, o jų sąnaudos neprognozuojamos. Problema tame, kad detalių apskaitą vygdo darbuotojai, stebėdami lentynoje esančias detales ir naudodami įlaminuotas korteles (kanban), jų užsąkymui. Trūkstamų detalių kortelės surenkamos ir petduodamos į programų ruošimo skyrių. Tuomet gavę užsakymą, programuotojai rengia gamybos programų bei žaliavos tiekimo planus. Šie planai relizuojami, priklausomai nuo darbo apkrautumo. Visas procesas yra lėtas ir didelė tikimybė, kad dirbant tokia metodika įsivels klaida. Nereikalingas darbuotojo apkrautumas, kuris lėtina darbo procesus, turi būti pašalintas iš gamyklos. Ši problema įmonei daro financinę žalą ir gali pakenkti gerai gamyklos reputacijai. Siūlomas sprendimo būdas - tai informacinė apskaitos sistema. Ji skirta detalių kiekio fiksavimui sandėliavimo vietoje bei darbuotojų darbo apkrautumo mažinimui, naudojant serveryje patalpintą ir lengvai prieinamą informaciją.	en_US
