dc.description	A homestead of Mr. Rimantas Ginaitis, located at Domeikava village, Kaunas district, has been selected for the purpose of the project. In the plot of land, there are no plants, the fence is built solely on the North side of the neighboring plot of land, whereas on the neighboring plot of land on the Southern side, only the foundation of the fence has been built yet. The plot of land is neither leveled, nor are the wooden bricks put up or the gates built. There are no trees, bushes or other plants to have been previously growing in the said plot of land. Total area of the homestead is 977 square meters, it is of the irregular square shape. Heavy clay soil is planned to be supplemented by the fertile black soil. In the plot of land there are installations of the underground drainage layer, urban sewerage system, water supply, heating, electricity and gas supply, as well as there are two wells. The plants selected for the homestead are as follows: on the Southern side – four Irish Juniper ‘Hibernica‘ (Juniperus communis ‘Hibernica‘), among them Clematis: three ‘Ville de Lyon‘ (Clematis ‘Ville de Lyon‘) and six Clematis ‘Snow queen’(Clematis ‘Snow queen‘). On the Northern side to be planted, there five European Yew: three of them ‘David‘ and two ‘Fastigiata robusta‘ (Taxus baccata ‘David‘; ‘Fastigiata robusta‘). In the presentable zone beside the Southern corner of the drive way, there shall be planted Smoke Tree ‘Purpureous‘ (Cotinus coggyria ‘Purpureous‘), Japanese barberry ‘Green carpet‘ (Berberis thunbergii ‘Green carpet‘) and White Spruce ‘Conica‘ (Picea glauca ‘Conica‘). In the next garden corner, side of irish juniperus - rosa ‘Moje Hammamberg‘ (Rosa rugosa ‘Moje Hammamberg’) and Sweet Mock-orange (Philadelphus coronaries L.). In the Western corner of the plot of land - Rowan (Sorbus aucuparia L.). Beside the garden - Northern Highbush Blueberry ‘Bleugold‘ (Vaccinium corymbosum ‘Bluegold‘). While on the same line beside the fence there shall be planted – two cherry trees ‘Vytėnų žvaigždė‘ (Cerasus ‘Vytėnų žvaigždė‘), amond them - orchard apple ‘Auksis‘ (Malus domestica ‘Auksis‘). The garden shall be slightly visually covered by the Japanese quince ‘Cido‘ (Chaenomeles japonica ‘Cido’), Redcurrant (Ribes rubrum L.) bush and gooseberry ‘Invicta‘ small tree forming (Ribes uva – crispa ‘Invicta‘). In the decorative flower garden - Serbian Spruce ‘Nana‘ (Picea omorica ‘Nana’), Lamb's Ears ‘Helen von Stein‘ (Stachys bizantina ‘Helen von Stein‘), hostas ‘Frances Williams‘ (Hosta siaboldina ‘Frances Williams‘), England aster ‘Rubinchatz‘ (Aster novae – angliae ‘Rubinchatz‘), Ozark Sundrop ‘Missouriensis‘ (Oenothera Missourensis ‘Missouriensis‘), moss phlox ‘Emerald Cusion blue‘ (Phlox subulata ‘Emerald Cusion blue‘), blue fescue ‘Golden toupee‘ (Festuca glauca ‘Golden toupee‘). In the herbal flower beds there shall be planted - oregano (Origanum vulgare L.), apple minth ‘Jokka‘ (Mentha suavolens ‘Jokka‘), common thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.), Pot Marigold (Calendula officinalis L.), chamomile (Matricaria recutita L.).There are to be installed 19 small portable solar power luminaires. The thesis is compiled of 43 pages and is prepared in accordance with the Law on Greenery of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as other sources of information.	en
dc.description.abstract	Projektuoti pasirinkta Kauno rajono Domeikavos kaimo Rimanto Ginaičio sodyba. Sklype nėra želdinių, tvora tik iš šiaurinės pusės kaimyninio sklypo ir iš pietų pusės kaimyninio sklypo tvoros pamatai, taip pat sklypas nėra išlygintas, nesuklotos trinkelės ir neįrengti vartai. Nėra medžių, krūmų ar kitų anksčiau augusių želdinių. Sodybos bendras plotas - 977 m2, netaisyklingo stačiakampio formos. Sunki molio dirva, kurią planuojama papildyti derlingu juodžemiu. Esamos komunikacijos sklype yra požeminės drenažo sluoksnio, miesto kanalizacijos bei vandentiekio, šiluminės, elektros bei dujų trąsos, iškelti du šuliniai.	en_US
