dc.description Relevance of the theme – Children are the most vulnerable members of the family and society. Nowadays with the increasing number of events that parents cannot adequately take care of their children, they are accommodated in a child care home. In such a situation they fell insecure and experiencing stres. As a result they become agressive. Therefore, it is very important to ensure a safe environment, the professionalism of the employeers when children are placed in the foster home. One of the features of employeer professionalism is the ability to work in a team. The aim: To identify the the peculiaryties of the activity of specialists team in working at a child care home. Tasks: 1. To define the signs of behavioral change of children living in care homes. 2. To reveal the peculiarities of specialist team work in working at a child care home. 3. To identify how different specialists contribute to the formation of children's personality who lives at child care home. Description of work - The peculiarities of specialist team work are analyzed in this research. The research work identifies the routine of work of each specialist: the cognition of the child, communication, training and organization of leisure activities. The method of research - The method of research. Qualitative research, and the data collection tool is semi-structured interview. I chose the semi-structured interview type, because I was interested in my research theme the topic of the topic, I prepared the main specific questions, so later I could observe the non-verbal language of the informants. Results and Conclusions - Summarizing the peculiarities of the activities of the surveyed team of specialists, it became clear that the social worker spends the most their time with a child. Therefore, in order to have more effective assistance, more specialists should be in the child care home. Children are in a difficult psychological state when they enter at a foster home, so psychologists must be highly qualified specialists. A leisure-time specialist is a person expanding the horizons of children living in care homes and social skills. Thus, these three specialists are inseparable from each other and their contribution to the formation of children's personality is very high. en
dc.description.abstract Vaikai yra pažeidžiamiausi šeimos bei visuomenės nariai. Šiuo metu, kai vis daugėja nutikimų, jog tėvai negali tinkamai pasirūpinti vaikais, tokiu atveju jie apgyvendinami vaikų globos namuose. Tokiais atvejais patiriamas didelis stresas, nesaugumo jausmas, to pasekoje atsiranda agresyvus elgesys. Todėl, labai svarbu, vaikui patekus į globos namus, užtikrinti saugią aplinką, darbuotojų profesionalumą bei specialistų gebėjimą dirbti komandoje. en_US
