dc.description	Urgency of the topic. Nowadays when globalization, resource reduction and unemployment are causing strong influence for the weakest group of people in society i.e. disabled people, to support and goal-oriented professionals teamwork is one of the main factors that can effectively reduce the burden of people at risk, to improve the quality of life and help to integrate into society. Therefore, in order to help people with disabilities to solve problems it is important to find out the peculiarities specialists teamwork of the day care center for disabled people. Goal of the work: To reveal the features of teamwork activites of the specialists who work at the day care center for disabled people. Research object: Specialists teamwork at the Day Care Center for the Disabled. Methods: Scientific literature analysis, the analysis of the qualitative research. Sample of the investigation: Specialists working at Disability Day Care Center were selected and included for the study. The exploratory contingent included a social worker, a employment specialist and a health specialist. Methodology: Qualitative research. Outcome: A qualitative research revealed that the team of the specialists is very significant for people with disabilities at the Day Care Center. Clients who are visiting the center often experience various difficulties, that is why on effective team of specialistsis required for efficient solution of problems in which work, actions, goals and roles would be distributed strategically. Of course, there are some cases when problems can be solved by one specialist but in order to achieve faster and more efficient result the collaboration with the team is required.	en
dc.description.abstract	Šiuo metu, kuomet visuotinė globalizacija, išteklių mažinimas ir nedarbas labai stipriai lemia silpniausiają visuomenės asmenų grupę, t.y. neįgaliuosius, į pagalbą ir tikslą orientuotas specialistų komandinis darbas yra vienas iš pagrindinių veiksnių, galinčių efektyviai sumažinti į rizikos grupę patenkančių asmenų naštą, pagerinti gyvenimo kokybę bei padėti integruotis į visuomenę. Todėl norint padėti neįgaliesiems spręsti problemas, svarbu išsiaiškinti specialistų komandinės veiklos ypatumus esančius neįgaliųjų dienos užimtumo centre.	en_US
