The theoretical part of the work presents analisis of scientific literature about the perception of motivation and concepts, compare the most common theories; its also describes the key motivational measures. The practical part of the work presents information about the most important means of employee motivation, describes questionnaire questions and results. Also key criteria which determine employee motivation and work satisfaction are disclosed. Working problematic issue: How Kėdainiai Sports Center employee motivation relates to their job satisfaction. Objectives of the project: Kėdainiai Sports Center employee motivation and job satisfaction. The aim of the project: To determine Kėdainiai Sports Center employee motivation and job satisfaction. Project tasks: 1. To analyze employee motyvation and job satisfaction theoretical aspects. 2. Examine Kėdainiai Sports Center employee job satisfaction, general level of motivation, the importance of different work characteristics for employees, and how much of their implementation motivates them at work. 3. Determine the relationship between employee motivation and job satisfaction and make recommendations for improving motivation and satisfaction. Methods of the project: Analysis of literatures sources, questionnaire, descriptive statistics. The results of the work/conclusions: Summarizing the most important results, this should be noted, that Kėdainiai Sports Center employees feel the direct relation omany the motivation and job satisfaction. After analyzing literature sources, it can be said, motivation and job satisfaction interlinked. Eemployee satisfaction to a large extent depend his motivation. Howewer, this employee status not permanent, and its need to periodically analyzed. Results revealed, that there is a mutual connection between motivation and job satisfaction at Kėdainiai Sports Center. Offer/ Recommendations: Once a year Kėdainiai Sports Center company the hold motivation and job satisfaction test. Find out the factors, which would encourage worker to work more efficiently. The results of the test analyzed, and customize taking measures motivation and job satisfaction raise the level. The work consist of: 42 pages, 2 table, 11 pictures, 46 references and sources of information, 1 appendice. en
dc.description.abstract Teorinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama mokslinės literatūros analizė apie motyvacijos suvokimą ir sąvokas, lyginamos labiausiai paplitusios teorijos, aprašomos svarbiausios motyvavimo priemonės. Praktinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama informacija apie svarbiausias darbuotojų motyvavimo priemones, aprašomi anketinės apklausos klausimai ir rezultatai. Taip pat atskleidžiami svarbiausi kriterijai lemiantys darbuotojų motyvaciją ir pasitenkinimą darbu. en_US
